I’ve never had a bad experience.When you give respect you receive it.Clearly people don’t understand what shipping facilities go through. It is sad to see how impatient people are. Have your ducks in a row be prepared to wait if there’s a line. The UPS staff have multiple duties that the customer wouldn’t dare to understand. I appreciate your service.

This is my preferred location for UPS drop offs and Amazon returns. Always in and out quickly with friendly customer service. Vernon specifically is always so upbeat and positive every time I visit.

This is the worst UPS store with the worst service possible. Do not go hear. They want to charge you $3.50 to print a label that you email to them. Click one button. What a scam.

The lady that works in there is very rude to customers. She doesn't like to work and complains the entire time while assisting you. Another employee started assisting me due to her rudeness and she tried to tell him how he cannot assist me by writing down customer service number since I wasn't paying for a piece of paper for him to write it down on. Needless to say, this young man was the saving grace after UPS lost my package.

Usually great customer service, but they are super busy around lunch and after work after hours. If you can go in the morning, that is typically best. You can get in and out. They do their best with the volume of people and the amount of staff.

I did an Amazon return yesterday at this location and Amazon has no receipt of the return. I followed the instructions and the label was printed and scanned and they are still staying UPS did not scan my return. Maybe instead of having an associate standing there leaning on the counters you could have her actually assisting customers.

For the most part the folks here are helpful polite and efficient. HOWEVER there is a lady perhaps from the islands, she has an accent. This lady is a problem, is she the owner, owners wife, have compromising pictures of the owner? I have personally been dealing with her and her cell phone rings and she walks off. OR I have been at the other terminal and watched her texting or just on the phone, while she's supposed to be helping someone right in front of her. She is loud, non caring, disinterested in her task at hand. Like I said must have something on or be the owner

It’s a shame to say that you provide a service that you do not. I drove to your store to be told that you don’t notarize at your store. It clearly states that you do on your website.

I read a few posts that this store was totally inadequate in service & availability. My experience was totally different; with a short wait in line to be served, they were speedy, gracious & very helpful. I counted 3 agents helping customers & looked like a trainer was checking around & answering questions. I don't know how they could have been more efficient. If all stores are like this one, congratulations.
