The makeup reps were all huddled up and chatting upon entering and only said “Hi” as I walked by. I wasn’t sure what I needed for my skin type but a simple question after an acknowledgment such as “ Hi, what brings you in here today?” would have been nice. I left after searching in circles and decided to go to Sephora.

I come here all the time and usually never have an issue. I guess because I wasn’t in my Sundays best yesterday homeboy had to follow me around the store. I would’ve left and never came back but I usually never get this type of vibe from them and I really wanted to purchase what I had in my hand

I went to this Ulta today (4/17/2024) fully anticipating the ability for me to do an exchange on a product I had purchased in January on the 23rd. Although Ulta has a 60 day return limit, after 60 days and before 90 days you are able to do an exchange or get store credit for the Product purchased STATED CLEARLY as per the Ulta website, and guidelines provided to staff. Being that I was at 85 days past the purchase date, I was coming up on the 90 day mark so I wanted to make sure I was able to exchange this product within their 90 day limit. (Product was full and in packaging and i had a receipt) That being said, when I came to do my exchange for a different version of the product, I was told by a female MANAGER that they cannot do a return past 60 days, period. I asked, “So you can’t even get store credit or just do an exchange after 60 days? There’s nothing that can be done?” I was told point-blank, “No.” We went back-and-forth for a second but ultimately she told me that because the purchase was in January and that it’s now April there is nothing they can do. Even though it is stated very clearly, and explicitly on their website that store credit and exchanges are completely possible after 60 days. If you were just planning on doing regular shopping here, this is an OK option, but don’t expect the managers or the staff to know their own policies to Ulta’s standards. There definitely needs to be some retraining on customer service and store policies.

I had some eyelash cluster installed and they were irritating my eyes, I was in Arbor place mall in ULTA and asked Toneekia if she could help me find some product to remove them, I told her I was otw to catch a flight and needed them off, she took her time and sat me down and put some stuff on there and removed them for me, and gave me stuff to wash my eyelashes and moisturizer my face for free, she was amazing.. I still can’t thank her enough.! Shout to Ulta Arbor place.. Toneekia you rock.!

I had my first salon appointment with Alison, I got a silk press and deep condition treatment. It was amazing!! My hair feels so great, she took the time to give me the perfect trim as well. her product knowledge was also extremely helpful! i will be going back to see hair and I highly recommend anyone with natural hair to go see her. She advise she does relaxed hair as well. Highly Recommend!!!

I went online to book and appt and arrive about 5 minutes out from the appointment. I walked over to the beauty bar and no one was there, I stood there looking to identify an associate only to find no one. I went over to the line and waited until the cashiers (one which was a manager and ended up acknowledging me) were done with their customers. I walk over to the manager and she greets me with a smile. I ask her if there is someone to do brows? She looks over doesn't see the young lady but calls her on their device and states she is right there. As I walk up to her she doesn't great me but immediately begins to tell me how she has appointments. I state to her, I am your 5pm. She then tells me she needs to see if she can service me because she thinks she has an appointment right after me. By this time it's exactly 9 minutes past my appointment time. She walks to the back, comes back up and begin talking to another lady about her color choice for foundation. This conversation lasts for about 5 minutes as she is stating to the customer that she can't help her either because she has a client and she will see if someone else can help her. She then turns to me and tells me, you can get either an eye brow wax or a tint but not both because she gets off at 6pm and she wants to make sure she can get to her other customer. Meanwhile, the appointment says it will take her 20 minutes to do me and we are about 15 minutes into my appointment, not by my fault but hers. I said to her, I won't both services, she says. I need to leave and I can't I drove 30 minutes to get this done.. I left. My first and last time in this store. Don't book with Aliyah.

Ammi, a beauty team adviser helped my mother pick her correct color shade of foundation and a few other items. She had patience and we didn’t feel rush like other ulta stores that had gone to previously for the same reason. The manager was also nice. Overall they had everything we needed in stock and it was as a pleasant experience.

If the would have the air fixed and it not be so hot in there probably would be a nice store to shop in
