“My dad recently passed away and as a memorial I wanted to get a teddy bear made with his voice in it. I want to applaud Tracy for the outstanding job she did taking care of my mom and I with the nine, yes NINE bears that we purchased (it was for all kids). Whatever Tracy is making isn’t enough. This woman needs a raise! She was EXTREMELY patient, kind, caring, compassionate, hardworking, and eager to lend a helping hand. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable about all the bears and the additional features that could be added on. She was very sweet and showed sympathy throughout our entire encourager making this a breeze. Thank you, Tracy, Ethan, and the young girl who was also helping us at the beginning (I didn’t catch her name). You all did a FABULOUS job and we are all beyond pleased with our bears!
