They make real mattresses there like they used to! They're not full of all that hot memory foam! Instead they are made with springs, cotton and other comfy stuff and the beds are so comfortable. I had to buy one! This one's going to be a keeper!

Awesome customer service all the way around!!! From the time we went into the store until we received our set!! Tina was our sales associate and she helped answer any questions we had and helped us find the set for us!! We set up a delivery date and the set got delivered on the day and in the time frame that was provided to us! The delivery guys, I wish I would have wrote their names down, we professional and got it set up for us! Thank you so much for the effortless experience!!!! And we have bought from them in the past!!

Shout out to Dylan! He was the store associate who helped my wife and I find the perfect mattress! He knows his products, we told him our budget, what type of comfort we both want in a mattress and he went over and pulled one out and sure enough he got it right on the first try. Very wonderful experience interacting with Dylan, he was charismatic, funny, and knowledgeable. Thanks Dylan for making this an easy purchase!

My daughter bought us a mattress from The Original Mattress Factory and Douglasville had it shipped to our house we had Stearns & Foster which was horrible, I got the orthopedic mattress from Original Mattress Factory the best not asleep I've had in 5 years no more pain. The manager at the Original Mattress Factory in Douglasville his name was Dan schreckengaust he was great the two Delivery Man delivered our mattress more fantastic I would recommend this mattress and these people anytime anywhere my name is Louis

A+ Mattress buying experience. Had a water line break and soaked our mattress. Called and spoke to Dan and he really really helped us out. Got expedited delivery within 2 days. Fantastic customer support throughout the entire process. Great mattresses, great service, great prices. What more can you ask for. If you are in the market for a mattress. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Didn't try to upsale you into getting something that was beyond my budget unlike other stores that I visited. Was able to find something that I liked. I'll be making my purchase within 3 weeks. Highly recommend this mattress store.

I purchased an orthopedic mattress and foundation for my grandson from OMF in Douglasville GA recently. It was the second purchase for us. My wife and I were pleased with the first so we were confident that we could get quality bedding from OMF. My grandson is 26 and weighs more than he should and so we needed a well built mattress and foundation.

I really like this place, I have purchased all my mattresses there since 1992. In all that time I have had only one problem and the they replaced the box spring right away. The mattress lasts longer than other "premium" brands I tried before.
