I did not shop at this particualr location, but I shopped online because they typically have better sales and hello I have a toddler you cannot shop with a toddler. Anyway, I was very disappointed that my shipment arrived wet and hot. I can understand the items being hot from being within the trucks for delivery, but wet? They were in a package and within the package they were in clear plastics bags that the items come in and every single article of clothing was wet, and it also had a slight odor. The odor was not crazy just a slight one but the wetness was a very apparrent I even asked my husband to check to make sure I was not crazy. I did end up washing them and the odor went away. I do not know what Distribution Center was used for the shipment of these clothes, but lets not ship wet clothes please. I love to shop online from The Childrens Place but I will not continue to do so if every package I recieve is wet.

We have had positive in-store experiences; however, a recent online purchase ensured we would NEVER purchase from here again. We had an order that went missing in shipment, something that happens and is understandable. We filed a claim with The Children's Place customer service team and with USPS. Several days later we still had no resolution and USPS confirmed it was a lost shipment. I called The Children's Place customer service and was told the order was delivered and they couldn't do anything about it. I shared that we had confirmed with USPS and they said they would not give any refund and to try working with our bank. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out with them and they would not help me understand the policy or even what details they saw on the order. Eventually I had to file an unauthorized charge with my bank. Poor customer service, poor communication, and a negative result for both them and me. Won't be doing business with them again.

I purchased pajamas yesterday and they only came up to 40% off and NOT 50% as they were clearly marked not even 3ft away from the registrar. The employ that checked me out needs an attitude adjustment!!! She was rude and needs to control her nasty facial expression! I am highly upset at the way she acted towards me in front of my child! I have never been to a store where it’s policy is to not adjust the price for what it’s clearly marked on a large sign “Pajamas 50% off” and then for the employee to be rude. The other girl there just checked the price on her scan gun and went back to what she was doing. This is unacceptable behavior from both employees and prices need to be adjusted, signs changed and the racks need to be checked that multiple items that are not part of the sale (as my item apparently was) are placed on a different rack. It was NOT randomly placed there by another guest as there were multiple sizes available. This is clearly a store and employee problem- they need to learn how to treat customers politely and where to place merchandise that is not part of the sale as it was clearly marked! These problems need to be rectified immediately! Looks like rude staff is a reoccurring problem at this location based on previous reviews . . .

Easily the worst customer service experience you would have ever seen. Female, Tall, slim, short haired associate yelled at my mom for moving clothing and threatened to throw us out of the store. Should have filmed the incident. Happened 10 minutes ago. Yelled of loudly for no reason at all! In my 15 years of living, I have never seen or heard anything this bad in my life. We were doing nothing wrong, just moving some clothes. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????. P.S. that does not apply to the other associates. Teams are only as strong as their weakest link. Change it!

This is my favorite brand of kids clothes. The appearance and selection of kids items were great at this location. Employees were super nice and helpful. I had to wait on line for a significant amout of time, but I was able to get what I needed.

This was my 2nd time ordering online, I picked it up today with no drama. The young lady noticed that I didn't have any items in my hand. She asked was I picking up an online order and she quickly hurried me to the other register that didn't have any wait time. Lovely Candyce took my name and got my order very fast. I checked the box made sure the items were correct, signed the receipt she gave me a bag and I was on my way.. both young ladies were wonderful today. Great experience..

I never gonna buy anything here again. They messed up my order, by putting the wrong address. They refunding my money when i need my shirts for my daughters. The custmer services is horrible. One of the employees had the nerve to yell me. And not help me with my order. Even the manager was yelling and being rude. I bought the shirts on sale and the lady said to buy on regular price. Horrible ? ? ? ? ? ?

Store is a horrible mess. Poor customer service. Online is way cheaper than in store and they don't price match. I did a return Feb 28th for $154 and it's March 12th and no money back call customer service and they said they can't help me call the store and they say call customer service. I am done with this location and this company period!

Horrible customer service! Was waiting in line and as I was stepping up to the counter to make my purchase she told me I had to wait because the guy on the other side was next. I had been waiting just as long as he had. Not sure what that was all about, maybe she was flirting, who knows. She also did not bother to apply my rewards. I guess like everything else at this mall, just going down hill. What a shame. I really like shopping at Children's Place, but I will never shop at this location again.

No one answers the phones... I have called several times throughout the day to check if they have uniforms for toddlers. Really don't want to make an unnecessary drive all the way to Douglasville and judging by the other reviews, I may not get help in-store either.

So I sent my husband to the store to make a return because I was busy and whatnot. Anyway, I sent my husband to return or exchange some socks that didn't fit our toddlers. He called me and said the staff didn't know how to find the product to exchange, they gave some random socks of way less value and didn't know how to give him the money back from the difference. So they sent him back with a cheap pack of 6 pair of socks, when I originally bought a pack of 12 that was like $18. I called to see if I could get my money back or at least the right product and the staff that answered hung up on me. I can't even exchange the socks they gave me online because they're random socks that have nothing to do with my order. So I pretty much just feel robbed and my kids still don't have the right socks -___- They need different staff at this location because they are horrible!
