Visited this store for a simple screen protector and ended up having to wait an hour for a manger that wasn’t present during my visit. Conflicting staff stories from we don’t know where he is to he’s on lunch and a very rude young lady by the name of EBONY. I don’t have any plans of visiting this store again in the near future. Practically children running a store.

even tho they left me on hold and never returned, when I showed up they were friendly and he apologized even tho I didn’t bring it up. After he explained what happened, It’s understandable to forget when you get interrupted by another person bc I wasn’t even interrupted, just focused on driving, and forgot I was on hold with them lol. 4 stars bc I was calling about the iPhone 14 pro and would’ve been nice to get that answered so I didn’t have to stop there and ask In person.

I went up there yesterday to finally after years upgrading my phone. I went in for iPhone 13 reg. I saw the Pro and decided to get that instead. Sales Rep ALEX told me they have no more 13 pro in gold but they have it in 14 and it’s the same price so we went forward with paperwork. I never saw the break down for what I was paying for just had blind faith. As I start transferring my files over it began to take longer than expected. Hours of transferring I still had more to transfer and my child started crying I had to leave Alex tells me come back before 5pm the next day. He calls me after store hours to tell me hes going to delete my videos and photos anyway and blamed it on the manager. My child was in the nicu these are videos of my baby gone forever. Only because Alex couldn’t wait and just wanted a sale. Memories gone. It’s one thing to lie about pricing and me to have a higher bill than expected it’s money it’s replaceable all material things. But my pictures and videos are priceless. He didn’t care. Sales rep Alex #083

Out of every cell service I’ve had T-Mobile has got to be the worst one… When I was with Metro I had 3 bars in my room then I switched to T-Mobile after buying an iPhone 11 and now I get 1 bar… Terrible service!!!!

I went to this location to update my phone and Eric was extremely helpful. He assisted my mom and myself while making the process of upgrading devices so easy. If I ever have phone issues and am in this area I would 100% go back. Eric went above and beyond and his customer service was top notch. The entire staff was pleasant and approachable.

Eric and Alex were by far the absolute best to work with! Alex was attentive, knowledgeable and extremely patient, answering any and all questions we had and walked us through the entire process. Eric was incredibly friendly and welcoming never once making us feel rushed or like anything we needed was to small for him. They were both by far some of the nicest people we have ever met! Next time we are in the market for another device we will absolutely be coming in to see them both and will send anyone we know to see them as well!
