The t-mobile location (upstairs in Arbor Place Mall) absolutely rocks! I went there to trade in a phone and see about getting a new one. What impressed me the most is no matter how busy they are, they see and greet you! When it's your turn they go above and beyond to solve any issues. I went in concerned and came out relieved.

I found an iPhone and I was informed I can take it to TMobile...and they would be able to return it to the owner. Although in was supposed to clock in for work at 10, I was at the mall waiting for TMobile to open. At 10:05, the store was not open...so I called. The girl that answered assured me the store would be opening shortly. I waited another 10-15 minutes and left...I had to get to work. ?

Skyler & Jamari helped me switch everything over from an old phone to a new one. They were patient, friendly & SUPER helpful! I Great customer service! The store is clean as well. I appreciate this T-mobile store & location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Completely disregard for customers service. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years. I’ve Never been treated like this. Horrible attitudes at store. Also when I called on the phone could not give any discrete information. This is the only time I’ve ever been treated like this at a T-Mobile store. Completely unprofessional. I work in a professional background as well and I understand customer Service should never be taken lightly. You should always take care of your customer.

Nicholas Porter the manager here is taking a long time to come out & speak with me my phone just died on me & they are saying they have no way of contacting Samsung to rectify my device, they really need to clean up these satellite so I have just reported them to the corporate office. It is not hard to give good customer service but when you don't I will report you so consider it done!!!

Customer service is key in which we don't find these days. I came into the store frustrated with another store and received the best customer service in a long time. Mark, the Manager, was patient and took time to explain the options that I had when selecting a new phone and a plan. JT, his associate, is very cool too. It is great speaking with someone who understands your needs and concerns. Kudos to you, Mark! I hope Sprint /T-Mobile recognizes your hard work and dedication for delivering customer service excellence. I appreciate all that you did throughout the process. If you need assistance with your Sprint / T-Mobile phones or services, it is worth the trip visiting this store. God bless you!

So, came in to this location today and upon walking up was greeted by Mark! He grabbed my number and pulled my account instantly ! Was trying to decide if I should stay with T-Mobile or switch to Verizon (with an upgrade) Mark dropped some much needed knowledge about T-Mobile and it’s competitors. Literally was in shock from the bars and graphs he showed of coverage. I’m currently in the process of being a flight attendant and need as much coverage as possible ! Needless to say .. T-Mobile/ Sprint has definitely kept a customer. Huge thanks to Mark for being super friendly, knowledgeable and not only did he NOT try to upsalw or persuade me BUT actually give me the info I needed before deciding ! MARK FOR T-MOBILE/ SPRINT PRESIDENT !!!!!
