I walked into this store today just as I have the many stores I have encountered on my mattress buying journey. I had heard Kelly Rippa and Mark Consuelos have this bed and totally brought me in after debating for many years if this bed was for us. I knew we were on the right track when the couple buying their mattress right before me highly suggested the sales representative Abou. He explained everything so well and was very personable. Alan came in at the end and treated me like family. I am excited to say we are the new proud owners of not 1 but 2 sleep number mattresses. We had to end our time together with a photo opt. I was already prepared by wearing my house clothes, looking like I just crawled out of bed.Thank you, Abou and Alanfor making the buying experience a nice one with no pressures. We look forward to sleeping in our new beds and doing more business with this company in the future.

I did not.I did not like my. And they tried to charge me $532 for keeping the bed 2 weeks. It's ridiculous I understand you have a drop off but they guarantee their sleep and they try to charge me for both ways what a rip off I. Was told something different in the store and now we are in dispute over $532 that I do not want to pay. I think they misled me. And I did not like the bed at all. It was like sleeping on a blow up mattress at a campground very terrible and very expensive. I want them to make it right and that's what I'm after for and I will keep spreading the news that sleep number. Did me wrong until they do the right thing?

I purchased the true temp classic pillow. The pillow is just the right firmness, the filling is a layer of solid ventilated memory foam in the middle and traditional down on both exterior sides. (I am not a fan of a full solid memory foam as I find it carries sound and is way too hot) the memory foam insert in this pillow is enough so the pillow doesn’t sag and the exterior feels like a traditional down pillow without the sound amplification or excessive heat from a solid memory foam pillow. The true temp pillows are much cooler than normal pillows.At first the price seems a bit high (compared to much less expensive retailers but the quality and comfort of this pillow is much better than any pillow I’ve ever owned. Worth every penny and I will purchase from sleep number again.

Not only are Sleep Number beds incredible, you can be assisted by Maya, at the Arbor Place Mall store, for the best assistance from anyone I've ever had assist me as a customer. I highly recommend both!

THE BEST MATRESS EVER . My husband bought my smart 360 Mattress as an early Birthday Gift, and is literally the most luxurious,comforting feeling when I get into my bed. It's like now when we visit resorts nothing compares to our sleep number mattress. I love the fact I can adjust my softness or firmness level at anytime! The sales associate that helped us is so kind and welcoming her name was Miya! Best Gift/Investment ever just when I thought I couldn't love my husband anymore.
