This experience was horrible to say the least. I made an appointment for 1pm this afternoon. When I arrived, I was told that the nail tech was working on another customer, and that she should be done around 1:20pm. When 1:20pm came and went, the nail tech was still working on said customer. Another 20 minutes or so went by, and I went up to the receptionist and asked what time the tech would be done, as I have to be at work at 2:30pm. She looked at me with a nonchalant attitude and asked if I would like to reschedule my appointment. Mind you this was after someone else had come in after me, and was able to receive their services right away. I told the receptionist no and walked out. Customer service and quality service is now rare these days, and this was my first and last time coming into this establishment ever again.

Worst experience went in today the lady's was nice but did not do a good job I payed 120 and I didn't notice after I walked out the building that two of my toes was not painted so I went back I and they fix just for one did last it like it never got painted I was play fighting with my boyfriend when he notice that one was gone and I just got them done to day at 12 and didn't finished till 2 I will never come back again

I walked-in at 1:00 and was told there would be a wait. I set an appointment for 3:00. Got there at 3:00 and ended up leaving because they had me walking fir 30 mins!!! Never said a word to me! Horrible service!!!!!!

This is my third time having to wait for service. The whole point of making an appointment is so I don't have to wait. I'm cool with a 5-10min max wait time but 20-30 min waiting and they don't tell you unless you ask. It's so annoying. Respect my time the same way you'd want me to respect yours.

This is my go to nail salon. They are doing an excellent job insuring safety measures. The second you come in the door, they take your temperature. Then everyone is required to wash their hands before any service they get. Mask are required. They are quick, efficient, and they have tons of options for gel polish or sns color. They also have a rewards card that you can get punched each time you come in to get closer to a discount.

Normally, they do an okay job. Today was a different story. I went in to get a pedicure, SNS dip manicure & my eyebrows waxed. While I was please with my pedicure and waxing. My manicure makes me want to cry. I wanted a longer nail while they started out at the right length. The lady doing them began to file them more and more until they were at the tip of my finger. Not pleased whatsoever. Definitely will not be spending my money there again.

This business is moving and I was the contractor for the new site. Myron fell on hard times and was not able to finish paying us for services and left us in a bind due to coronavirus. He has started posting the reopening of his salon and has hired new contractors so he doesn't have to pay me for what he owes. Myron is deceitful and a liar. His new location was contradicted by me and now a black owned business has been stolen from. PLEASE do not support this kind of business

Walked in on a Wednesday evening to get a manicure. I waited about a half hour, before being serviced-I didn't have an appointment and it was busy. I liked the finish on my gel manicure however the tech cut my cuticles too short. I added a paraffin soak to help soften my fingers after all the acetone soaking I went back that Saturday and got the milK and honey pedicure. My only complaint was that my massage with my pedicure was very rushed. There are so many steps to the spa pedicure, they should consider adding an additional 10 mins to get the massage portion done.

I originally asked for clear tip and narrow square when they applied it I told them I cannot tell that it is a clear tip and if I'm paying $5 extra I wanna be able to see it and they told me it would be visible when they were done (which it still wasn't). My appointment was at 2:45 and I was still there at 5:00 getting them done .I had to leave To get my child so I came back the next day they said had to pay again to fix them with only 15% off . I will never give them my money again his is not worth the $50 and they were not even willing to work with me . Horrible customer service

I don't know... my relationship with signature nails is like an abusive relationship I can't leave. They are always late for my appointment. Why do I have an appointment if I'm going to be seen 30-40 minutes later? But it's my own fault, because I keep coming back. Matt's good, but my time is too valuable to keep squandering. They are literally across the street from my house, so I think it's the convenience. But my goodness, get the scheduling together please.

Again if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I decided to go back because I got a gift card. I wanted a pedicure which was-ok but when it came time for a manicure I had some gel in one hand. Well the lady told me it would be $10 for the gel to be taken out? Excuse me?? I've had gel removed no problem in other places, are they out of their mind? And it was one hand not both. I told her I didn't want it anymore, paid and left. This was ridiculous.
