I had a great experience shopping at Rooms To Go, I was able to find the furniture I was looking for at an affordable price and the sales associate, Russella , who I worked with was so helpful and literally bend over backwards to help us with purchasing.

Patrick was very helpful and informative about the different mattress styles and didn’t pressure us to buy the most expensive mattress or talk us in to any extra bells and whistles. He informed us of the return policies, warranties, and even a good spot for dinner. He is a super nice guy and highly recommend dealing with him.

Waited almost two months for my furniture to get here.Just for my sectional not to be what I wanted. Aurelius Bradley was the salesperson I should have never gone with. He wasn’t welcoming at all nor did he listen. I specifically told him I needed the long side of the couch on the left of my living room. Not once I told him but multiple times. Why do I get my furniture on the long side blocking the entrance of my living room and the sectional is on the right side !!!!!! I showed him pictures of my living and explained to him what side of the sectional I needed it on. Highly pissed because now I have to wait AGAIN to get this fixed. The manager picked up when I called as soon as the delivery people put it together and she assured me they will handle it tomorrow when he comes in. Only give two stars because the manager was helpful and told me what to do. Also, the delivery driver was nice and assured me room to people would help me. but as for my sales representatives, I would never shop with them. Been a customer for years at this store and I never had this issue before.will update you soon if the issue is fixed.
Update: Ms.Jennifer the store manager reached out to me immediately to ensure I received the order I asked for. She pushed the issue to have the couch sent out to me the next time a truck came to my area which was yesterday. She apologized for the errors and did all that she could to show her concern. A+ customer service to Ms. Jennifer and thanks again for pushing this issue .

Went here this morning in hopes of buying a recliner. I walked through the door and a salesman was there and I said I'd like to look at recliners and he proceeded to follow my husband and I around the store and hovered over us. We didn't like that and just left. We went to Ashley Furniture down the street and made our purchase there instead. Unless you like sales people breathing down your back while you are browsing, I highly don't recommend this location.
