I stood at the photo area for over 10 minutes while an employee(manager) was just sitting there. I felt purposely ignored and disrespected. She wasn’t doing anything and didn’t even acknowledge me. I literally had one small question. Never coming back

Rafael in the pharmacy department has the nastiest attitude of them all, I get my prescription from there monthly and everytime I go there he is rude unprofessional and unpleasant. He barely speaks and when he does its with “can I help you?” With the nastiest look ever. Stop putting rude people in customer service positions….

Terrible customer service. Don’t ever think you’re just going to “run in and out” because that’s not going to happen. You’re going to wait in line while one person is ringing up someone with 57 coupons, followed by someone who needs a price check, followed by someone who is paying with a check, and so on and so forth.There’s never anyone on the floor, so don’t think someone will help you find something either.

I went her for a Covid test, and the tech understands the assignment. Today I received my results in less than 30 mins. I believe that she felt that I needed/wanted my results quickly. Thanks Highway 5 Walgreens

If I could give zero stars I would I'm sick and tired of that black woman in Pharmacy in Douglasville on hwy 5 she think she own the place talking to customers any kinda way.. not realizing we're the one's that keeps her with a job, not to mention all of us that visit the Pharmacy are already going through something doesn't need any add on .. if you need medication I suggest you take you business elsewhere because when I'm not feeling well i atlases want to be treated with respect and like I'm human.. In this store I've spent well over a $1,000 in one month and until she's no longer at this store I will not be giving Walgreens my money..

Went in there this evening, the price for Bluebell said 2 for $6.00 the manager clearly saw the sticker in the wrong place and didn't give it to me for that price. The same thing happened Sunday when I showed her a hairdryer on line on sale for 15.00 when she clearly saw it was that hair dryer but too afraid to honor the online price! She would rather lose a customer than do the honorable thing which she clearly saw the error both times. Then I asked the cashier if I had any points and she rudely got sarcastic! I'm in that store 3 or 4 times a week and I am not the type that tries to get over but sometimes when things are marked wrong then be accountable and satisfy the customer. If it weren't for us, then they wouldn't have a job! I am done shopping in this store, this is nothing personal to the decent employees but tonight was the last straw. I can and will spend my time and money where it's appreciated!

DON'T BOTHER WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THAT BOOSTER SHOTTHE PHARMACY IS NO HELP AT ALL!!!WHILE TRYING TO SCHEDULE FOR THE BOOSTER, THEY COULDN'T HELP AND TELLS ME TO CALL 1-800-WALGREENSWell try the # yourself ... 1 ad after anotherNo choice for scheduling the covid, as a matter of fact the name Walgreens is not mentioned ? THIS STORE DOES HAVE TIME FOR YOU AND ARE NOT COMMITTED TO CONTROL OF THE VIRUS, I GUESS.Sorry the pharmacy is giving the store a bad reputation because the store really run a tight ship! No problems with the store, just the pharmacy and it goes way beyond the shots!!!

Cashier this morning 2/25 was rather rude ...no customer service at all..she literally cashed my items out put my receipt in bag and walked off...leaving me at counter..Maybe she was having a bad ,day but I felt offended. Bad customer service if you don't like your job quit.

Do not go to this Walgreens for prescriptions. This Walgreens charges the highest amounts for any and all prescriptions. GoodRX is accepted almost any, and at every other pharmacy, such as Publix, Kroger’s, Walmart and etc. This Walgreens at this location is charging 100% for prescriptions, and at other Walgreens (locations), are charging about 5-10%, for your prescriptions. If you don’t have insurance, please go elsewhere and if you do have insurance, and may have to pay out of pocket for some prescriptions, don’t go here. Lane (the pharmacy manager), has a very smart mouth, and Jamala ( pharmacist), is in another time zone, and totally spaced out! Both are very unprofessional. I’m not dealing with Walgreens ever again. I’ve said it before but this is it. If I had it my way, I would drug test EVERY Walgreens employees, every single day! Also test them for Alcohol! They just don’t make sense, never!

Pharmacy tech had me wait for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because they wanted to go to lunch. Abysmal customer service all around.
