Came into the bank wanted to make a business account but the rep wasn’t there so I said I would wait for that account. The teller I spoke with was telling me the system was down (profiling me) before taking my information so we started and I write down my information and she tells me it’s not working still and now that I think of it she kept the slip with my information on it

Horrible service!!! A lady named Chelsea was extremely rude and arrogant!!! She made me feel unimportant and unappreciated. I'm going back to Wells Fargo!!! If Regions knew who they had working for them, they would fire her! She doesn't even like her job!!! DO NOT BANK HERE!!! AS LONG AS SHE IS WORKING HERE, THEY WILL LOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS AND MONEY!!!

The notary at this location, Jacques Jean is AWESOME!!! Always professional, friendly and exceedingly willing to help with any questions asked. Consistently, goes over and beyond to represent the Regions Brand in a Customer First approach. Unfortunately, during my visit, I witnessed the manager take their frustration with a customer out on him... conversation able to be heard in the lobby, with customer's present - should have been a closed door conversation, with a more appropriate tone. If it hasn't been said, Thank you Jacques for your assistance today and always!

Disappointing. Be prepared for bias, poor service, and unprofessionalism. Mainly, you couldn't trust what they say. When you go there you'll see what I mean. It seems like this is a fake branch and leaves me wondering why it exists.

This location will make you NOT want to bank w regions AT ALL. when I started accounts I was in Woodstock. That location is 100% great! Good people great attitudes and they actually care about the customers. The Douglassville location is a 360 of the others. It’s clear no one higher up has came down to see the foolishness that goes on there. RACISM RUDENESS CARELESSNESS EXTREME RUDENESS AGAIN & NO REGUARDS FOR CUSTOMERS. I even overheard a customer come in w an banking appointment and was told from across the room that he would have to wait and additional 40 min pass appointment time and there was only 2 customers in bank …PURE LAZINESS, FIRE EVERYONE, START OVER. I couldn’t recommend a bank teller for you here. 0/10

It would be nice if they had enough employees. The drive through has been closed for 5 weeks, and there's only 2 employees inside.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would but the employees are very unprofessional. I’ve been shorted cash from this bank location, deposit slip missing, forgot to give me back the deposit bag & so on. They need a better staff that cares about the ppl that have an account with region and not be confrontational or judgmental. I’ve made a formal complaint about this location to region corporate office because it’s unacceptable!

While visiting this particular branch on yesterday I attempted to purchase a cashier's check out of my business account. I was told by a teller name is Jordan that she could not complete the transaction. She then asked me where did I get the money from that was in my account. I feel as if her question was unprofessional and unethical. I replied to her that I received a PPP loan from BlueVein. She then tells me that all Region branches received a email to flag anything that comes through with Blue Vein which the check was cut from Celtic Bank all legitimate companies. She told me that the check was fraudulent and that I needed to have my credit flagged. She also told me that the $3,500.00 that was removed from my account needed to be returned back or I would owe the bank.Jordan stated that her corporate security was there and was listening to what I was saying. I did not care because I was doing nothing wrong. I had visited a Regions earlier and with draw money from my business account with no problems. As soon as I left this branch Jordan and her corporate security placed a flag on my account and froze any and all money that was in my account without eve verifying that the transaction was legit.I even emailed her documents showing that the loan was legal and legit. I spent almost two hours in the banks parking lot trying to get someone on the phone from Regions to assist. Spoke to five different reps was hung up on four times before I could get help. When I spoke with someone from the fraud department they stated that they did not know anything about a email that went out about Celtic Bank or Blue Vein. I was profiled and Jordan along with her corporate security guard felt that I was trying to commit a crime. I have never been arrested nor am I a criminal I have two additional accounts with Region that I have had for several years with no issues. This is an issue I will not play the race game here. I will be filing.a complaint with the EEOC a bank complaint has already been filed as well. I have an appointment to go to another branch inside the bank today at 9am. I am closing both of my accounts with Regions. You should not be treated different at any bank due to the color of your skin.Celtic Bank in speaking to them today stated that the check was cleared and they are not sure why the teller stated that the loan and check entry was fraud. I can say I will never visit this branch again. I have never had any issues with any employee at Regions until yesterday. This one star is not for all Regions branches just for this particular branch. They should have called to verify before freezing my account during a Covid -19.

Jordan Griffin and her coworker are absolutely amazing!! After dealing with an issue with a regions on Roswell for over a month! Jordan resolved the problem In just two days with a very friendly attitude. Considering that she had to do someone else’s job from a different regions and still keep a great positive attitude is just amazing! Not only did she help us but she made us her priority without even being asked to. Keep up the great work Jordan ?
