Bathrooms were okay… they could use a little bit more attention. I come here at least twice a weeks and the young lady who works in the kitchen I’m pretty sure her name was Mia, she is suck a sweet heart. I was able to see her today she was working on the cash register by herself she made sure every customer was helped in a timely manner and kept a big smile on her face the whole time. Even tho she was busy she let me talk her head completely off. The staff is starting to look better over here. At first they were rude and seemed uninterested in helping but now there’s people like Mia who helps no matter what

Okay. Bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. Staff is as expected, uninterested in assisting customers - they seem young.The contraption in the parking lot is interesting for sure. The blinking blue light has an official 911 feel. Perhaps this location is working in tandem with the local Douglasville Police Department. It seems as though there may be a loitering issue? This is super odd considering all QT locations are considered a safe space for resting vehicles, etc. The loud speaker has asked that all “remove themselves” from the location, and then continues to play classical piano selections. Haha.So! GO TO QT and get better customer service and sit in your vehicle without the loud speaker harassment. lol.

From Door dash driver: I hate to give this store 2 stars as the employees I usually run into at this time of night (11p.m) are usual kind and do their Job. But tonight there were other workers there that refused to pull items that the customer request tostes me a bag and told ME to go get the items. When I pick up from this store often and order is usually pulled by the time I arrive it's not my job to go get items,

I am a daily customer, I buy gasoline and convenience items daily, I like it but they have an employee who treated me very badly, she treated me racistly without any justification; They should try to ensure that their employees are professional and not rude.
