Worse pharmacy I have ever been too. Literally every single visit. They don’t fill prescription unless you call about them. Say it will take “20” minutes yea right it is always an hour.

Dec. 22 stood in the deli line for 15/20 minutes... customers being patient because we realize it's the Christmas shopping season...3 customers in front of me walked away empty handed ? YIPEEEE it's my turn!!! I couldn't believe I stood in that line that long and the photos will show what I saw that was available for customers to purchase the shrimp was dried out and look like it had been sitting there for hours the mac 'n cheese was dry crispy stuck to the container mashed pot. dried out stuck to the container... I asked the young lady why don't you remove those crunchy dried out containers you can't sell that to customer's ?? my opinion Publix is like the SAKS 5th AVENUE of grocery stores I've NEVER had a complaint but that dried up food was not safe for consumption who wants to end up in the emergency room with food poisoning on the holidays ?? ... I'm very shocked customer's stood in line that long and there's nothing to choose from (SEE PHOTOS) I spoke with the manager JUSTIN he QUICKLY went back to check things out...that was RIDICULOUS and very disappointing I felt like I was at INGLES and in 15 years I only shopped there once

this is the slowest publix ever, i ordered a sub @12:10pm and when i got there it wasn't ready and the workers were fooling around. the tickets of the orders were just laying around. i didn't get my sub until 12:45pm. the cashier made a face at me because i told her i'm not a reward member. rudest slowest publix ever. the best publix is the one on macland pointe.

This was a great place but it’s really gone downhill since they brought a new pharmacy manager on board. Very disorganized. Refill service for call ins aren’t turned on at night anymore. Refills not filled for days after the order is called in then you get a call stating that it’s ready but when you get there it’s still sitting in a pile to be reviewed. Long lines and mistakes are occurring. Very disappointed

Today I am standing in a long line with a long wait at Publix Chapel Hill. Ever since the previous manager left its just been a steady decline in service. Very unorganized and haphazard. The gentleman behind me commented the very same thing.

I tried to offer my GoodRx card when I was checking out and the man there said "It's already cheap" and refused to use it. I normally don't post reviews but normally the technicians at pharmacies are helpful and this really struck me as inappropriate

This review is for the Deli section of the store! The ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF I've ever encountered at a Publix! Publix is usually my go-to standard for all things quality, but oh nooo not this location! How many times do I complain to a manager?? I've spoken with 3 different persons on several different occasions! Questions: 1. Why is it that at 5:30 in the evening of any weekday would you be COMPLETELY OUT OF one of your most popular items??? So you guys managed to run out of fried chicken and only when I get there so you decide to drop some and proceed to tell me after a long 8-hour day that it'll be 35 minutes to get chicken WHAATTT??? 2. So one person is making sandwiches for the 8 people in line???? Are you serious right now?? WHYYY??? Don't you think it's time for a hiring fair? Hell if you pay me enough I'll make the sandwiches!!! 4 people left the line while I was standing there! I left the store!!

Nice store but prices are way high, I've shopped at Kroger and found items be of equal quality for way cheaper. I've also shopped for many years in LA and even there stores beat prices of Publix here in GA

They WAS so nice but so unorganized. My prescriptions never were bundled and my husband ran back and forth. I was tired of requesting them to bundle them with broken promises a few months before the pandemic. Today they still are not so I switched. Then when your doctors say you should switch your pharmacy because you shouldn’t have to wait for medication again, you listen to your doctor. And when you switch, they call pretending to be nice, but sneakily throwing jabs and being sharp tongued, you know they didn’t deserve your service after all.

Great big Thank You! to India in the meat department. I'm very particular about meat selection and preparation. She went above and beyond to make sure things were prepared as requested. Thank you India!

I like this store, however today, due to the Coronavirus issues, Publix started one way traffic in their aisles. I was not paying attention to the arrows on the floor, and the manager, with a stern face says,” we have one way traffic in the aisles... with a look that clearly suggested, “didn’t you see the arrows?”
