paid online to bypass the line only to get told that there is one line once i arrived for pickup and it was three employees working at the counters. waste of time.

I've had to visit this pharmacy quite frequently in the last few weeks, and despite my arriving close to closing hours on several of these occasions, they've rushed to assist me so that I could have my medications before closure of the store. I've felt like they've prioritized the health and needs of my family every time I've visited, and this is certainly a model of professional and courteous customer service.

Denisha (hope I spelled it correctly), you were so sweet and helpful on the phone. I have called around to probably 10 pharmacies this morning looking for my husband's medication in stock . Your kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude made a huge difference. Even if your pharmacy is not able to help, I still think you went above and beyond today!!! Thank you!

I have been utilizing this Publix as a whole for years and I must say it’s pharmacy is getting worse by the year! I am an African American woman who has several medical issues. Anytime I come in with a pain medication prescription I’m looked at as if I’m not entitled to it or some other reason but there is always an issue! The lady with the red hair that’s been there forever, is the only attentive and non rude person as far as I’m concerned!! I will ask pain management to change my pharmacy.

Wife had uterus and abdomen punctured during surgery got to this pharmacy and Pharmacist not the assistant said it would be 4 days before meds could be picked up and offered no alternatives. Complete lack of empathy ! Would make a much better butcher or chicken house worker.

My physician is out of town until next week. I have been waiting for confirmation since Monday for my blood pressure medicine. When I called today, I was told in a very rude way that the physician's office had not returned the call. I explained that I had not taken my pills since Monday. She told me to contact the doctor's office. After finding out that the office was closed, I called back to see if they would give me a few pills until the doctor returned and I was told to go to the Medic Clinic or somewhere like that. I am trying to get blood pressure medicine not pain medicine -- Nothing that would harm anything.
