Not only did she redo my return so that I didn’t have to go to Staples, but she also helped me re-package another return that had to go out of the country. She could have easily said that I needed to process my return at Staples and sent me to the post office for the other package. Employee’s like Janice are good for business and so refreshing in this day of declining good customer service. I will always use this UPS store at 7421 Douglas Blvd, and pray Janice is on duty when I get there!”
