This was the first time visiting this facility. I was able to schedule an appointment and register on-line. The staff was friendly and professional. I was there a long time due to an emergency with a patient, which I completely understood. If I have another injury or illness I will definitely go back to them.

My experience upon arrival was not one of my best. Customer Service seemed to be somewhat very cold. My first impression was that this was my first and last time visiting this location.
But upon meeting Dr. Linda Adhiambo, my impression changed. The doctor was very professional ( she was knowledgeable about my medical history), courteous, respectful, bedside manners was extraordinary,
listened very well, questioned me, gave me good advice. Our interaction was as if we knew each
other. I appreciate her gifts and talents. Prayerfully she will continue to be a blessing to all of her patients. A kind spirit. She's a great doctor !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️????
**Shout out to the nurse that gave me my shots!!! An awesome job, no pain, very gentle, courteous, again another kind spirit.❤️❤️❤️❤️????

Not y first time attending Piedmont Urgent Care and my experience was a great one. It was easy to check in online and the staff was great and professional. Dr. Linda was great!

The experience was great! Less than 10 minutes wait time to be seen. Finished the entire visit in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and respectful.

Patient of Piedmont for years. Just saw a Piedmont Dr in the same building two weeks ago. So........why is the sign in by kiosk and phone like you are an alien required?????
Just had to fill out pages of forms when my Piedmont Family doctor, Cardiologist and Ortho are in the SAME building of Piedmont.

The whole team was fantastic. The best service of any Urgent Care facility I have visited. I would like to have the doctor be my primary physician. It was refreshing to be able to get my medicine's onsite without having to go to the drug store.
