The Douglasville location is my go to when I cannot get to my primary doctor. From start to finish, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable while making me feel comfortable. Timing of getting me in and out is impeccable.

All went well. I was a walk in so I excepted to have a long wait but surprisingly I did not wait very long at all. I found there is a way to go on line to sign in for a quicker way in. That was nice to see for any other time I might need to go. Vitals were taken and the doctor was in shortly after. Everyone was kind and proficient from the very beginning. I received a follow up packet of my visit that was very helpful.

Everyone working there were so nice. They welcomed me in and they listened to what I had to say. They made sure I was taken care of without hesitation. The doctor was great. He took the time to talk to me about what I needed to do. He made sure that I had the medications that I needed to get better. I won't hesitate going back to them again if I need to.

Very efficient in & out process, timely, and great service! Dr. Isaac is always so kind, professional, attentive, & knowledgeable, especiallywith my son!!! Great bedside manner!! The only thing I'd suggest would be updated decor in waiting area & chairs that can be wiped down for proper sanitizing purposes.... the cloth chairs have lots of visible stains.

The staff and service was PHENOMENAL! I would definitely continue to use them whenever I need urgent care. They are truly the best hands down. Look No further this is DEFINITELY the urgent care you should use. You will not be disappointed by any means.
