I love this State Farm team! They are always ready to assist my family with whatever we need. They keep me up-to-date and informed with discounts. You know it feels good not having to worry about my car insurance or life insurance. The Marvis Simpson team has consistently earned my trust through communication and attention to detail. I love state farm! They take care of their clients. They helped me through a bad wreck and got me into physical rehabilitation until I was healed. They may be more expensive but you get what you pay for. Excellent service!

I walked into my State Farm agents office and I met with.Adrianne Shields.I must say She met me with the warmest smile and asked me"how can she help." I told her my situation and she responded by saying no problem. I really didn't believe anybody could help my situation. My insurance has lapsed the night before, on top of that My renewal was due the next day. My balance was $687 without the possibility to pay in full. Further more I drive for a living and without my insurance being in good standing I thought there was no way. To my surprise and amazement, agent Shields assured me that despite the circumstances she would find a solution. I'm driving today with the same earning potential as yesterday all thanks to Adrianne Shields determination and her customer service knowledge of the product, This will be a happier holiday season for me and my family. Thank you doesn't seem to be enough!If anyone needs auto, renters, or any of the services State Farm (Douglasville office) offers you won't find a more Knowledgeable, professional, and Friendlier staff in all of Georgia. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Marvis and her team goes above and beyond every time I call. I trust Marvis with my home, auto and life insurance. Even when I call after hours, I always get a return call. Any questions I have about my policies, she has always taken time to explain the pros and cons. She will take time to explain if that is the best choice for me and my family. She makes everything make sense. She is my good neighbor.

Every time I call the office someone pleasant and knowledgeable answers the phone! Not only that if I ask to speak directly to Ms. Simpson she will pick up the call. Jennifer and Chloe help with all requests and have sent emails to me prior to disconnecting the call to help with my claim and defensive driving course.Bonus- this office still sends celebratory cards to the customers!!

Absolutely do not do business with this agency. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I was billed for premium that I requested 3 times to have canceled and they never processed the order. I asked to speak to Marvis Simpson to try to handle this matter as it was urgent and I hear her tell her receptionists that I’ll call him tomorrow.No urgency and extreme lack of problem resolution for their customers.I was billed for an extremely long period of time for a premium that should have been canceled and they mislabeled my equipment in their system which who knows if something would have actually happened if I would have had coverage.Do not use this agency. Look for someone better that has their organization in order.

I needed to file a claim following a hospital stay and Jennifer was so helpful. She helped me get the forms and submitted them for me. She then called me when the check was written to let me know the amount and when to expect it. My husband and I transferred all of our policies to Marvis when our daughter began working here, and have not had a single regret!! Thank you Marvis for such great customer service!!!
