Unprofessional rude staff. They make the customer take the fall for their mistakes. Customers obviously aren't important to them. Don't sign up for auto pay because every month the payment is drafted on a random day. The office is outdated and smells of mildewed carpet and nasty bathrooms. Untrustworthy with people's money so who cares if the rates were lower than big name insurance companies when your money is unappreciated and you're being talked to like disrespectfully. I see them giving people a hard time if they got into a wreck. I switched to Gainco and they are amazing and their rates are just as low .
