This pharmacy is severely lacking. The app doesn’t communicate with their mainframe either because the app will tell you a prescription is ready bit when you go pick it up they tell you there is nothing even called in despite the doctor calling it much earlier. Their system sometimes confuses This pharmacy always runs out of stock and they are many times back ordered in their medicines so they have poor logistics. The lines are miserably long many times although that part is getting better. I am serious when I say I will be getting my medications elsewhere and will not recommend this chain nor this place.

I switched to this pharmacy over a year ago and I just cannot say enough good things about the people that work there. Always text me when they are working on my meds and then when it is ready to pickup. Always treated with the most respect and the meds are really fast available. I always go inside and they are always polite and David is the top guy to help you!

The worst Kroger pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I have a sick baby and we have a lot of prescriptions to pick up often. They are ALWAYS rude and definitely don’t care about customers. If you can go to a different pharmacy, DO IT.

The pharmacist David treated my wife like he could not care less or be bothered to take the necessary steps to fill her prescription. Absolutely stunned how inconsiderate he came off.
We won’t be using this pharmacy.

They have significantly improved since a couple of years ago. People are nicer, there's a drive thru, and automated service helps you see if a prescription is ready or not. They answer the phone and are cordial and helpful now.

The worst pharmacy I have ever used. It may be incredibly convenient to me in terms of location but the headaches they put me through to get my prescriptions isn't worth the convenience of location. My medication is on a monthly auto-refill, however they never seem to fill it on time. Additionally, when the prescription had run out they failed to notify me. It took several days to get that issue resolved. They have terrible customer service and no one seems to really care. I will never use them again!

This store is horrible. Pharmacy is by far the worst department in the store. I am switching my prescriptions to another store, any store, so I do not have to return to this location. Lived in this area for 18 years and have watched this store do nothing but go down hill. So sad!!!

Every time I buy an cake or cup cake products here, it's always stale but the dates says it's not expired but the product taste otherwise. I bought cereal today that expires in 2023 but the cereal is stale!! Kroger please fix this disappointment!
