absolutely the worst Kroger store I've ever been in. Not restocked, no cashiers and only 4 of 12 uScans open, not honoring sale prices with my loyalty card scanned and when I called them for it they called security. You got to keep your overpriced groceries and cancel my Kroger card; I will NEVER shop ANY Kroger ANYWHERE again.

Extremely long wait times for your prescriptions to be filled and terrible customer service. I have not been able to get on the phone with the pharmacy for weeks. They put you on hold and then hang up on you.I tried to get a prescription that was supposed to be ready weeks ago and they had no record of it. I went in person and the technician said she wasn’t able to see any info on it. When I asked for a solution because I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help me, she said “it is what it is” and that the service I receive is “just what you get”. This is outrageous and unacceptable for the company.And it’s not just this pharmacy. It’s several I’ve been to. Are there any good pharmacies anymore?

Rude pharmacists. I asked when my meds would be ready and she spoke to me with a tone in her voice and it instantly rubbed me the wrong way. I wasted $11 via lyft just to not get my meds. I contacted my friend to tell her what happened and she offered to go pick them up for me.

This is the worst grocery store and pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. that never have anything on the shelves and every single staff member treats you like you are a thief and will watch you and follow you down aisles. The pharmacy lies you about your meds does not call you whenever they don't have any stock they are racist and rude they purposely will take forever on your prescriptions and knowing that you need them and they will purposely make sure you don't get your prescriptions when you desperately need them do not go to the store.

UNPROFESSIONAL !! The lady who answered the phone hung up on me after asking to get the medication changed to a different location. She said she doesn’t have to do anything I asked because the other pharmacy can see it and can do it because she didn’t want to.

This place is usually prompt but here of late it will take two to three days to get a prescription filled. It isn't because it is on order or out of stock, it's because they are either that slow or understaffed.

Zach/k (I forgot which way it’s spelled) was extremely helpful and patient during my visit. I received a vaccination and he was prompt and professional while administering it. I left feeling very satisfied.

If 0 stars were a option I would give it im in pain my pain medication was called in yesterday before 2 I was originally told that it would take a hour then I called again they said it’ll be ready no later than 4 the next day I called again passed 4 now they are telling me that it’ll be ready at 7 I will never be going to Kroger again to fill a prescription this is absolutely horrible if you can go somewhere else I would definitely recommended it

I am here with a complaint as I am all out of options here . I have a 2 year old with severe RSV and infections . Unable to get his meds that was sent to ONE store due to outages . No other pharmacy is able to pull up his prescriptions . It's Friday and doctor office is now closed for the weekend. Can you guys please invest in better systems . Peoples livelihood is at stake. SINCERELY A CONCERNED MOTHER . The people at the pharmacy could have cared less about a sick baby. THIS IS AMERICA
