They have fallen off BIG TIME.. They use to care and use to be very helpful and use to ALWAYS HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION.. NOW ITS NOTHING BUT EXCUSES AND DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES... IM SORRY YOU DECIDED TO WORK AT A PHARMACY NOT OUR FAULT.. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB , QUIT.. ITS SIMPLE... NOW I GOTTA FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY HOPEFULLY THEY DONT SUCK LIKE THIS ONE

They keep changing their hours. Really slow when open. They don't care.

I called in to check on the status of some meds. They kept me on hold and then hung up on me. I called several times and the same thing continued. By the time I did get a hold of somebody they said the medication would be readyand it would be about 4 hours before I pick them up. I gave them 5 1/2 hours and when I got there, not only was it not ready.....they said it had to be ordered. This is by far the worse pharmacy I've ever been too.

To me this is the best pharmacy in Douglas county. They are always nice and courteous even when the customer are not. They have been very helpful to me in getting in touch with my doctor to get refills on my prescription and resolving issues with my medicine. These are hard working people who goes over and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns and if they don’t know they will research it for me. I’m Thankful for their services and dedication in serving the Douglas County area.

How are you going to deny selling someone syringes for trimix? The pharmacists that work here should be ashamed of themselves contributing to the possible risk of infection and disease by not providing patients clean equipment.

They close their window and pharmacy too early. Everybody else is expected to adhere by time restrictions, but these pharmacists just do whatever they want when they feel like it. Absolutely no accountability. Their jobs must be written in stone.

They are rude. Their customer service is, as you would expect considering their rudeness, literally nonexistent.
