I attempted to place a pickup order online and I received a RSV Error. I call their customer support and they told me I could not place an online order because I had not shopped in their store. I was advised to shop in their store to build a history then one day I'll be able to order online. What the HELL is that!! I'm from California visting my 72 year old mother for her birthday and was looking to make her a birthday dinner. I deleted my online account, ordered from Amazon Fresh and had my groceries in two hours.

Quick and easy fill ups, typically done in less than 10 minutes, and the savings are nice if you shop at kroger. 3c every time, and more if you shop often.

Store was clean and the staff was present but not available or attentive. The woman at the self checkout was so preoccupied with flirting and talking to a male customer I stood for quite a while and waited patiently. When I approached the customer service area Tamara was so helpful with getting my money order after she hung up her phone and replied "I dunno" when asked about money orders. Such a memorable experience!!

This location needs to work on their customer service, my cashier Na'Micia was too lazy to walk around and ring up my waters, she asked me to do it. When I completed my transaction I noticed that one of my digital coupons didn't ring up correctly. I told the cashier and bagger, both had horrible attitudes. I than asked for a manager, I felt liked I would get some common courtesy. Bibi, the manager was dismissive and was happy to prove me wrong. I understand why the employees are so rude. The discrepancy was a total of $1.50. Instead of them making some attempt to please the customer they refuse to give me the sale price. At that point I just returned the items. I will not be returning to Kroger. The corporate office needs to take the time to train their staff in how to treat customers, I never have these type of issues at Publix's. Was it the worth losing an entire sale to be nasty to a paying customer.
