I always do grocery pick up and have the best service from this location! Today, Chris, the gentleman that loaded my groceries gave me the best customer service! His kindness and honesty will come back to him 10 fold! He makes me have hope in humankind!

Very unhappy with the service this week. I received a text message asking that I call the pharmacy and confirm I want an a script filled that my Dr had just sent over. So I called them at about 10 AM on Wednesday and was told they're running a day and a half behind on filling scripts due to the Covid vaccines. They also stated that their drive-through is closed as they do not have enough staff. He said that he would have my inhaler filled that evening. When I showed up at 6:30 PM I was told that it was not close to ready and they had no ETA. And inhaler is very important and it's something I needed ASAP and to be told they had no ETA was very frustrating. The vaccine is nothing new and we've known for months it was going to be disbursed and Kroger should've stepped up and made sure they had the correct staff number to take care of existing patients as well as administer the vaccine. It is now Friday night at 8 PM and my prescription is still not filled!!!!!! So I'm going to be going on three days with no inhaler. I will be moving all of my medications back to Walgreens which is more expensive but the customer service is way better than Kroger and they can actually fill their prescriptions on time.

This is the worst Pharmacy in the entire world. Vickie, is the most passionate and nicest tech there is, but Loni, the Caucasian or whatever her nationality is, is just Horrible! She holds people's meds. If you go and pick your prescription up at 11am, she sounds so stupid in telling you that you have to come back at 2pm, because there's people who haven't came to pick there prescriptions up. Then she started lying about me calling her a b***** I called her a witch! I had my mask on! Something they're not wearing while filling prescriptions! If you've caught Covic, in the midst of getting your prescriptions filled at Kroger's on hospital drive, more than likely they gave it to you! I've reported her to Corporate, Store Manager and now I'm about to report her to the Pharmacist Board, BBB, Consumer affairs and the Insurance commissioner. I'm going to try my best to sue!

Up until now, Ive never had 1 issue with this store, But Thurs 4/2/20, I in haste made a rushed mistake and received no support and someone watched me drop my purchased ebay gift card over 100.00 in my paid amount and instead of saying something or turning it in they scooped it and kept it... This is not normal on my part, But this covig19 has us all feeling stress under duress and with the looming 10 day mandatory shelter in place also not normal, long story short, I hope th...

This place is atrocious!!!! The managers here are disgusting humans with no regard for their customers! My 80 year old parents shop here everyday and know pretty much everyone. Today at around noon my parents wanted some olive oil that was on sale that was out. They asked an employee and customer service if they could get a raincheck and was told yes. The floor staff employee they spoke to took the price label and gave it to my parents to bring back to customer service to get the rain check. A different employee was there and when my parents asked for the raincheck they were told no. My parents wanted to see the price label again and was told no. They employee was rude and ignorant and called the manager The manager was a fat white guy who wears hearing aids. He became combatative with my mother and even threatened to call the cops on them and kicked them out of the store. This whole situation was Kroger's FAULT yet they treated my parents like common theives! AVOID THIS KROGER AT ALL COSTS!!! The managers are EVIL PEOPLE! Plus the store sells products that are months or even a year expired. When we once told them, they said that's why they mark the price down. HEY KROGER CORPORATE! YOUR RIDGE RD. DOUGLASVILLE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE!!! IGNORANT EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING!!! LEARN TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY

The manager Mandy is very rude to customers who patronize this store. She needs a class in customer service.

This Kroger location is my 2nd choice only because it's on HWY5 instead of Chapel Hill. But like it's sister location the service is always on point, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. I've even had a good conversation about music with the late night crew. Definitely some good, honest people to come in contact with. The store can get crowded at times but is still pretty straight forward in every department. It also helps that whoever does the cleaning does a major job of making sure that you can see yourself in that floor. The best thing about this location is that I can take multiple routes to get to this one awesome store. 2nd choice, but not last in the least!

I'd rather drive the extra 20 mins to the Kroger on Nathan Dean than to deal with this Kroger. Bad produce, deli meats and they're always short or out on most items. The pharmacy staff could use some training on customer service but the store check out staff and cashiers are always very pleasant and nice. Even the teens are courteous and talk to you. With a bit more overseeing by management and training in certain areas this could be a good store. Beware of the fresh seafood. Bought spoiled cod once and they didn't want to give me a refund even though it was only an hour after purchase. Only Pro- 5 mins away from home Cons- Too many to name

BEWARE of the sketchy pharmacy! I haven't dealt with Kroger pharmacy in about 2 1/2 years (since they gave me the WRONG medication) but I was with my mom and decided that I would inquire about a flu shot. I came into the store on Monday, October 8th 2018. I went to the pharmacy and asked one of the ladies how much a flu shot - without insurance - would cost me. She replied that it would be $40. So I agreed and filled out my paperwork. Upon handing my paperwork back in (to a different lady) she quickly says to me "you are aware of the $60 charge, right?!" I explained to her that another lady told me $40 just a few mins ago and that I was confused as to why she is now saying $60. The ONLY thing she responded with was "yeah, it's $60, sorry." She didn't offer and reason why the price change so quickly or anything at all. I asked if I could speak to the other lady that told me $40 and she said "no, she's at lunch." She never even asked who it was that I spoke to! Lol. But knew she was at lunch?! And also it was 9:44am. Something VERY sketchy here Kroger, very!! I had both of my mom and brother with me that day. So not only did they miss out on my $40...(OHH, I mean $60!!!) But also 2 more flu shot sales. We went to Rite Aid after this incident, where they explained to us that is $40 for everyone across the board in the state of Georgia. Wow. Just wow.

This location is only one of 6 stores that stay open 24 hours a day. I spent my whole Saturday in Douglasville shopping from store to store and I made this my very last stop close to 11pm in a Saturday. It was not crowded. I was able to find the 2 day Friday and Saturday deals with some stock. Surprised because it was the end of the sale. It was pretty much self check out only but it went very quickly. The lady that ran self checkouts on 09/08 was super friendly, quick and helpful. She was able to multitask and keep everything running like a well oiled machine. Give her a raise, bonus or some incentives. She deserves it all
