I first tried this place in 2019 and have never looked back. As a single women (who sometimes fear automotive service companies may try to take advantage), I can honestly say this place gave me T-H-E best vibes from day one!
I was just there yesterday, but not for any services. I'd recently had an incident with my car and knew something was wrong/ different with the way it was driving. David took a look underneath and immediately spotted the issue. Not only did he explain to me in detail what the problem was, David took the time to provide a website to order the parts I needed, gave me a guesstimate of the parts and labor, AND recommended a couple of nearby service providers.
I left feeling much less anxious and empowered to pursue the repair on my own. David even said that if I need help with anything we went over OR if I don't receive great service from the places he recommended, let him know because he takes his job seriously, especially when he puts his name on the line with referrals.
People...I haven't received that level of top notch customer service in a long, long time. As a customer, I didn't leave there simply satisfied, but delighted!!

Every time I’m here, the customer service is top tier! I’ve gotten both my emissions & oil changes there and they just do such a good job attending to customers. I recommend them every chance I get. You can’t beat a free car wash with either your oil change or emissions test.

Let me just say I’m highly displeased with the poor customer service I received today. I have been going to this place for the last few years for ALLLL of my oil changes. Today I went to redeem my 30 day free car wash that came with my 80 dollar oil change and found out I went over a day for valid redemption. The vacuums were turned off in the middle of cleaning my car(which the 1day over factor was not even known yet) and then I was argued down about the one day over as I approached the wash. As a person who works in customer service I was so disappointed that the two minute wash wasn’t granted being that I have spent thousands with the company. I will never spend my money at this place again and that makes me sad but like WHERES THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because the tech that did my oil change had to ask a senior member every time he did anything, if he was doing it right. Could’ve been because I drive German, but hesitancy is not what you look for when having your transportation services. Other than that the price for fullsyn was better than take 5 and these guys were faster as well!
