How this place is still open is beyond me. I’m not sure if anyone even works here. The place looks abandoned. I only come here because it is less than 5 minutes from my house. So much I can say about this place but what really did it was the raggedy dryer with the doors that barely close and one took my quarters then gave me an error message. So I am waiting for my one dryer to finish the 30 minutes that it allowed me to insert and taking the rest up the street. I don’t care how close or convenient this place is. This is not it.

If I could give zero stars I wouldThey are over charging for the washersI had my clothes in for a hour each load and only 2 of my loads are dry the others are soaked !!I literally wasted my money coming here and won’t come again I need my money back at this point !

It's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my entire life in a place called Loundry. Just by entering I came out again. Old, broken machines, the place is disgusting.

The owner is a joke reason beening if you try and dry your clothes on Weekend“”he want let cause he say it for the customer that wash and dry not just the ones who want dry until I can get my dyer working again I will give this man another coin and I tell everybody I know what happened so I’ll go to another in Douglasville.

Some of the washers don't even wash your clothes so you have to spend more money washing them. A lot of the dryers are out of order.

They keep this place clean and neat. I would recommend to anyone needing to do laundry. Also if you have just a need to wash a large quilt or blanket they have the larger machines available for this. The cost for the large machine is $6. I found that very reasonable.

I have tried twice to pay with their new app but it never works and half of the washing machines and dryers don't have numbers on them.
