“I went in and met Mrs. Tammie, she was so kind and thorough. Very informative she explained everything to me and even went the extra mile to give me my access key meeting me on her day off. I highly recommend this gym. The gym has a very clean and pleasant atmosphere.I am super excited about my new membership here “ I love Mrs. Tammie, she is the absolute best!!!” Thank you Mrs Tammie! ☺️”

4900 Stewart Mill Rd, Douglasville“Great for your value gym, sometimes at night there's homeless people sleeping in the men's bathroom or on some equipment but I don't mind, I just go to the ladies bathroom and blow it up instead ??”
“This is a great gym to learn MMA or Boxing. Experienced instructors as well as fighters that are very helpful with all age groups. Positive environment with good energy.”
“You Fit has become my haven, where I'm part of a vibrant community that uplifts and motivates me. The exceptional team creates a warm and welcoming environment, making my fitness journey feel truly supported!”
“I've been coming to this gym regularly since November of 2021. Unfortunately, it does live up to its reputation in the way of upkeep and maintenance. Most of the equipment is old and rusted over with grips that are worn, and seats that are cracked and has poor padding. Aesthetic quality aside, most of the equipment is functional except for one of the leg machines and one of the free-body crunch machines. Recently, a couple of the benches were fitted with new seats and padding, but the movable adjustable incline bench remains untouched and unsafe (it can collapse on you during use). That aside, the reason why I'm giving this gym 4 stars instead of 2 or 3 stars is solely because of the atmosphere and spirit of this gym. The people that come here - particularly the regulars - are very serious about fitness, offering valuable advice to anyone seeking it, all the while motivating others to keep pushing themselves and improve. With this gym being much smaller than its franchise-based competitors, there's a lot more opportunity to get to know the other gym-goers and establish a sense of brotherhood and companionship with them. With this being my first actual gym experience, I was expecting to be met with nonchalance and detachment, but was instead met with a sense of community. It's certainly helped me stay motivated seeing friendly faces push themselves all the while carrying themselves in a friendly and inviting way.Now these are just some notes that won't affect the rating. You can stop here if you'd like.I'm also very impressed with the strength of quite a few of my fellow gym-goers. I find myself ogling the individuals who can lift more than me for reps, simply because it's motivating to know that I can also do better and will do better. In fact, one of the employees that works at this gym - Christi(?) lifts with some of the guys sometimes, and she can outlift quite a few of us, which I'll always find extremely impressive and motivating. Before I wrap up, let me add that Christi is a very brave woman. A couple of days prior to the posting of this review, there was a terrible car accident right outside of the gym. Car flipped over. Upon seeing the smoke and commotion, Christi ran out to check on everyone and make sure nobody needed help. From where we were, it looked like there could have been a fire and she reckoned that she would need to run out with her fire extinguisher to help out (luckily, there wasn't a fire). When she returned, we chatted for a while and I asked her why she ran out there like that, and she put it plainly that if it were one of her kids that had gotten in that kind of accident, she'd want someone to help them out. Christi is a based queen, not gonna lie.Anyways, if you can swallow some of the quality-based issues at this gym, I think you'd find that there's a lot to gain coming here. I'll certainly miss it.”

The layout, diversity in equipment, amount of equipment, and all the amenities... A+! We came today using their complimentary 1-day VIP Pass, and we loved it so much that we're getting a weekly pass to come back everyday until we go back home.Highly recommend you give this place a try!”
“Wow! You know what they say, sometimes you look back and you’re just… filled with gratitude—grateful for God’s unconditional love and grace. When I see the girl in this picture, it’s hard to believe it’s me.
Nearly three months ago, I walked into OTF, not knowing anyone, without a single friend by my side. Shortly after joining, I faced a knee injury that sidelined me for a few weeks. Then, life threw another curveball that left me reeling.
Despite all of that, I kept showing up, even on the days when it felt impossible. Now, as I look back, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for how healing this place has been for my heart. In the process, I’ve shed 30 pounds and, even better, I’ve found a newfound strength within myself. Oh, and setting personal records along the way has been pretty amazing too. Here’s to many more.
If you’re on the fence about joining or if it’s worth the investment… the answer is YESSSS! DO IT. Keep showing up! You’ll be surrounded by the best and most encouraging coaches.
Pictures for proof right….
