Even though it was my own fault for not looking closely at the item info online, Dan personally called me back and worked out a compromise that went above and beyond what would ordinarily be expected of a business owner. This really impressed me…he could have easily just told me “all sales final” and left it at that. Instead he exceeded all expectations of customer service. “We had our wedding here and it was perfect. We had some family use the range before hand and they had fun also liked the ax throwing. The indoor and outdoor event space is perfect for any events. We had 50 people and there was lots of room for everyone. The coordinator and staff there are professional and friendly. Will be referring people here in the future.
