Don't bother checking in online. The wait time said 37 min so I checked in and ran some errands. I hit the text message that I was up in 15 minutes. It took me about 8 minutes to get there from the grocery after i got the text. There were 2 people in line in the chairs but I was up next on the screen. Guess who was the last person to see a stylist? Checked in for nothing. I could came straight here and waited the 37 minutes and it would've been faster. It's a garbage system for someone that is in a hurry.

My visit to Great clips was very pleasing and the haircut was a true bargain. My young stylist, Adrianna, was very receptive to my needs and gave me a great haircut to the tune of $17. It is truly a bargain! Of course, I gave her a generous tip!!!??

Amazing place. They can cut hair. The lady name Dawn cut my hair and she did what I wanted. I get a lot of compliments. I pray that she will be there when I go back.

I took my daughter in here to get a hair cut. As soon as I walked it all I could smell was cigarettes. I thought I would just deal with it but we left to go grab some food while we waited and I decided to just cancel my appointment. I don’t know if any employee is actually smoking IN the building but it sure smelled that way. No thanks.
