My driver side window spontaneously shattered yesterday while I was sitting in the driver seat - this was the first company I called and after getting quotes from 4 other companies I opted for this company, they're half the cost of other companies and come to you! Not only was the office lady sympathetic to me when I was still in shock from glass exploding all over me, she was very nice and quick with the quote and appointment. They came out the next day, the tech (Cameron S) kept me updated all day with texts and calls when they would be there. He was friendly and very quick. Window is pristine, rolls up and down better than before and they got rid of the shattered glass. Will use them again if I need to

I dropped my car off to them at 7:30AM, it is 4:48PM and NO ONE can tell me if my car has been recalibrated. They keep giving me the go around. They close at 5PM. I am stuck at work with no way to get home and come back to work the next day. Awful service. Do NOT book with them.Services: Installation

Mr Carl T. did a excellent job with my car. He text me daily to inform me of every step. My car looked like it did when I first purchased it! The staff was great as well and answered all my questions immediately. I would usually only let Cadillac repair anything that went wrong with my car and didn't trust anyone else, but I think Gerber will be my "new" repair place. Thanks guys, keep up the good work and the high standards.

The appointment was easy to schedule online. Got an email confirmation the day before and text confirmation the day of. Andrew, the technician, updated me throughout the day regarding time and made it an hour earlier than originally expected. He was very courteous and professional. Good price and service. I definitely recommend.
