“The store offers a variety of items. Prices are outrageously cheap. If you don't have something the owner will order it for you. If you are in need of something out of the ordinary they can get it. The store also offers beautiful handmade wreaths amazing one-of-a-kind diaper cakes and towel cakes uniquely designed by the owner. If she can make any design just call ahead and put it in an order or stopping. They have amazing prices on oil diffusers and their oil is pure and Uncut. She will even open the store for you if closed if you are in need of something great service wonderful lady would highly recommend.”
“My review is based on how my issue was handled. I ordered a birthday edible arrangement in the big Martini glass for my mother's 65th. We received it late and the quality was poor. I reached out to the location by phone and sent an email. I received a call back from Jayla(I believe that is correct) She was absolutely wonderful. She apologized and was very sincere about the situation. She was super helpful, she refunded me and even had a dozen chocolate covered strawberries sent to my mom. It was a very nice gesture. I really appreciate everything she did to make a disappointing experience much better. Great customer service, she definitely retained a customer.
Update: The chocolate covered strawberries arrived and they were fresh and looked amazing!”

“As a refugee, my American dream was to own a grandfather clock and drive a German car. After few years of saving in 2015 at 31 yrs old, I was able to purchase a Howard Miller clock. Not an expensive one but it was expensive for me at that time. The lady at the shop was so nice and helpful.The father and son that delivered and set up the clock were friendly. They work with their hearts. Highly recommended. By the way, I purchased a BMW not long after owning the grandfather clock. Thank you Champs Clock. Thank you America.”
