Was going by the cemetery to visit a friend's grave and stopped in Frances florist on a whim to see if I could pick something up affordable to place at the grave.I was greeted by 2 of the kindest ladies and told them what I was wanting and hoping to spend and left the rest up to their choice. She walked out with the most beautiful little arrangement that was absolutely affordable.As someone who usually just picks up flowers at the grocery store, I can tell you I will never do that again! I'll be coming back here from now on.They also have a little show room in the front with all sorts of flowers already arranged and a few little gifts. Highly recommend just stopping by to see what they have.Thank you so much for your kindness and for going further to answer my other plant question.

We had a unique and creative arrangement sent to us for a memorial service. When we set it up the container fell and broke. When the shop found out they sent someone back to get it so they could fix it. They brought it back the next day in plenty of time and helped set it in place. It wasn’t the shop’s fault that the container broke but they put extra effort into making it right at their own expense. They went well beyond expectations in a difficult time for our family. The arrangement was absolutely perfect and their service was amazing. Highly recommended!

I called on Thursday wanting to buy 1 single pink rose for my grandaughter's ballet recital which is on Saturday. I was told they could not accommodate me because of Mother's Day. I was going to pick it up, not have it delivered. 1 SINGLE PINK ROSE and they couldn't accommodate me.

I ordered flowers for my wife, teacher appreciation week. She loved the flowers, said they were beautiful. Lots of compliments from other teachers. They were even taking pictures of the flowers! Thank you Frances Florist! I’d ordered flowers before from other places online, they were a let down. I will order all my flowers from here now. If you are looking for a great florist, give these folks a try.

The flowers I ordered and paid for $150.00, were not the flowers that were delivered. Different flowers, unattractive and skimpy. So very disappointed

My man got an arrangement of roses from here for me and I loved every bit of them. They brought good energy & liveliness to the spaces in my home. The color of the flowers were so bright & beautiful. I wish they’d last forever.

This is the only florist I've ever ordered from online who *actually* made the bouquet I ordered without substituting 3727738326 things. I've ordered from them twice with fantastic results; the bouquets were EXACTLY what I wanted!!! Very friendly staff too!! Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE Experience! If you want your flowers to be delivered to the wrong address pick this place. If you want to receive awful customer service from a rude person when they made the mistake pick this place . I have never been so disappointed and disgusted by a company who is supposed to provide a service. Frances Florist you and your business are TRASH. The delivery driver decided to deliver wherever they wanted. How do you send bereavement flowers to the wrong address and yell at the customer who made the mistake. You get zero stars! Don't waste your money or time on these clowns. I'm sure any other florist is better than this awful business.

We ordered roses for my sister's memorial service. Beverly did an excellent job. We highly recommend this florist. The flower quality was excellent. Just what we wanted. They were professional, compassionate and a gift at such a difficult time.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST COMPANY. I have never in my life experienced this type of horrible customer service. You will not get your flowers and they will ship your order to another florist company and not tell you and who has your order because they don't know. Cindy is so nasty and rude! Instead of giving me a resolution to my problem, she disconnected the call.
