I have been doing business with the Fortress Storage (Douglasville location) for nearly a year now and have experienced nothing less than outstanding customer service. Jessica has been amazing in delivering such service. She is one who takes her position very serious and without question leaves you with complete satisfaction and no regrets whatsoever in making the choice to do business with them. The property is very well maintained. She is a great asset to the company. I feel that any company would love her presence

It is an affordable place, customer service is extremely nice people, the hours of operation for the gate and office is strictly enforced. The only thing I was troubled by was that the AC in building 3 does not work, it’s hot in the all year round and no one can adjust it. Wish they had some dollys, It doesn’t feel like it is a temperature controlled unit when the setting always says 80. I called about it before because I almost passed out in there and they said they would see about it but doesn’t look like any change happened. It’s a good and safe location! Just temperature controlled is not really. But overrall 4 stars. 5 star for location and their service and pricing deals

Today my boyfriend stopped by our storage unit to get a couple of things out , and he locked himself out of his Tesla due to leaving his phone in the car ( all while inside the facility ). He walked to the front office to ask if someone would help him all he needed was a phone to download the app. The old white woman at the front refused to let him in after he pleaded for help, shut the door in his face ( wouldn’t even allow him in the establishment ) and THEN told him to hold on while she tries to help another customer , and then proceeded to shut everything off in the office and ran to her car as if he was going to do something to her!! This is all happening at 10AM! She then told him she doesn’t trust people when she meant to say is she doesn’t trust BLACK people!! This establishment is RACIST!!! Thank God for the Good Samaritan family that came and actually helped him!UPDATE:My boyfriend reached out to the manager, and he was very understanding, and polite about the situation as well as noted the situation should have been handled differently. He has restored our confidence in their customer service going forward.

First time stopping by here and when I say the customer service pulls you right in! Jessica helped me get settled into my new unit this morning and the process took no more that 15-20 minutes. They have very reasonable pricing and well kept storage units. Highly recommend 10/10. Thanks Jessica looking forward to being one of your best customers. I wanted to come back and add an update to this review. It is now 10/28 not even a full month into this storage experience and this older lady working here at this office seems to have problem with allowing customers to use the office phone in emergency Siri and tries to sneak out when she tells you to wait outside while she deals with a customer. Not sure what the issue what but this was definitely an eye reading experience. Will continue to update as I go.
