Horrible horrible service!!! Miracle and Chandler (both wearing MANAGER name tags) refused to abide by the store very own policy! They both clearly wasn’t aware of the policy after I told them what I read. Chandler stayed it doesn’t matter what the placards say the register states, I have to go by what HE says!!! This store have these two representatives in a manager’s position is ridiculous. Miracle picked up the placard and begin to read it, looking for a whole statement which wasn’t listed in the policy because they’re choosing to MAKE UP THEIR OWN NEW POLICY WHICH ONLY APPLIES TO ME!!!

Do not ever shop at this place. The service at this place is terrible. Had them get me a manager and I was trying to explain my problem with her and I was showing what the app said about my return and I guess because I did not agree with what she said. I was talking and trying to show her and she storms off yelling acting ghetto gets the real manager and she argued about me telling her that the girls was acting ghetto. If the shoe fits wear it .they are loosing valuable costumers so they better get some new training for there staff. It's 2024 it's to many options for the employees to be rude because we can simply go next door and shop where we get treated with kindness and respect.

I went inside the store yesterday to get help purchasing a shoe for my daughter. I not only received the worst customer service but the rep that was helping literally left while helping me. She has braids and is a black female. I asked her to help size my daughter and she didn’t know what she was doing and barely wanted to help. I know nothing about sneakers and was asking what size or what I should do but instead she walked away and when I finally found a shoe for my daughter she looked at me and kept walking out the store. This was the worst experience ever and made me feel inadequate of even purchasing. Instead of purchasing 3 shoes from the store I ended up going to Foot Locker and received better customer service and support. None of the workers in Arbor Place Mall JD store helped. Not everyone who walks into shoe stores know shoes and that is what I kept explaining to the rep. Worst experience ever and would not recommend shopping here to no one.

I purchased a pair of new Jordans today in. Store. They would not allow me to try them on. I was told they just came out. Can not try on. But would sell them to me. SMDH. Gave me another Jordan shoe to try on for fitment Douglasville Ga

Staff was very rude. Several employees stood around talking instead of helping customers. Once the 4 cashiers finished talking & laughing they finally noticed we were standing there. Our cashier didn't even smile or speak to us during the entire transaction (not a "hey," "thanks," "have a great day" etc).

Rude, rude, rude! I asked the curly hair girl for a shoe. She scans it then walks away. I'm waiting and waiting. I ask her if the shoe had come out, she mumbles something about one of the guys and goes back to un tying a shoe. I'm standing there trying to see if I did something wrong. I go to ask a girl standing beside the counter and she redirects me to the girl whom had ignored me. Instead of going to her, I ask a guy standing close by. He asks me if the shoe was scanned when I asked if they had my size. I tell him yes, so he tells me that if it doesn't reload or something that they don't have it...why couldn't the girl have said that instead of brushing me off?? Needless to say I ended up going to Foot Locker to get my shoes and better customer service!

Everyone is standing around with they're thumbs up their butts rocking out to the music and not helping customers. I waited 20 minutes to try on a single shoe with no customers in the store. Got tired and left . Wasn't gonna allow them to any with horrible customer service

The Asian American girl was very rude. My family and I felt very uncomfortable while shopping there. It’s not fun to be followed while shopping. Definitely racial profiling in here. Won’t be going back.

I recently visited the Finish Line in Arbor Place Mall to do some school shopping. I guess they have a new store manager named Abby. When attempting to check out, Abby was very rude and disrespectful. She talks to people in a condescending manner. This is not appropriate. She even talks to her coworkers rudely. I went and spent $1000 inside of Foot Locker for my kids because I will not support an establishment with rude customer service. Especially with that poor customer service coming from the store manager. The employees did a great job in helping me. I hate that I had to give them the shoes back.
