Arielle was a pleasure to work with. She made my transitioning from Geico to Farmers insurance. Quite pleasant. She explained everything and made me feel like she was doing her best to get me discounts. I strongly recommend farmers insurance if you're looking for insurance. I've learned the trick is to have a personal in city insurance company versus just calling it 1-800 number and saying hey, I want insurance. The personal touch is always better. I will be referring my friends here

Ms. Hill and her team provide me with exceptional customer service. They are extremely responsive, patient with my many questions, and personalized in their approach to address all of my family’s insurance coverage needs. We have coverage for multiple entities through Ms. Hill’s Farmers Insurance office, which speaks to our confidence in her and her team. I highly recommend giving them a call to discuss your insurance needs.

Agent is not very responsive. Tried multiple times to get a hold of her when I wanted to do changes to my policy and I never get a call back. Emailed her and she's still not responsive. I end up having to go through the corporate to get anything done. Very frustrating.

Wonderful! BEST EVER! Loretta was very helpful getting me set up with home and car insurance, she did something that is rare these days, she listened. It might sound like I am making a big deal out of such a little thing, but, my in personal experience with insurance companies, and agents, "no service," is their standard of "service." I have had insurance with the big companies that have "All," "State," and "Farm," in their names, and I have never felt taken care of, EVER, with Loretta, it was a 180 degree experience, she put ME first! When I came to her I was in an insurance nightmare,with another company I'll call "T," she calmed me down, and advised me every step of the way, I could not have gotten better treatment! In the process, she earned my trust, and my business, and most likely, will keep it for years to come. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention, I did save money by moving to Farmers Insurance. I highly recommend Loretta, give her a call, she understands what customer service really means!
