Brought my wedding dress to be steamed only on August 17th. Was promised by Tuesday, August 22nd. Came in on August 29th and dress was not ready! Was told to come back on the 39th. Was not not given any real explanation for why it was not ready. Something about "employee problems".

This place ruined a brand mew suit worn 1 time. Multiple holes in jacket and snags on pants. They refused to pay for damages. Brought my clothes here for the first abs LAST time.

Just ok. I called and asked price for man's shirt for laundry and they said $1.59 I went with 3 men's casual long sleeve shirts and a pair of woman's casual kaki pants and they tried to bill almost $30! I questioned and they said something about the shirts being formal (which they weren't) then adjusted pricing slightly but still charged roughly $24. The finished laundry was done "just ok" as in average. I'm not going back to this one.

Winter uniform at the new job means shirt and tie for me. Can't say I was stoked when it donned on me. However, EC takes care of keeping my shirts fresh. They turnover my load of 10-12 shirts in a couple days so I never have a problem with running out. They have competitive prices for the area.
