Service at this location is very slow! Order been ready since after 11am and still had to wait 10 mins. Order came out and box was defected so had to wait again because I had to ask to get it changed.

I ordered an arrangement on 2/13 and was promised delivery on 2/15. I was called to confirm I was home so they could deliver. They didn’t. They called that night and added a free item for not delivering. On 2/16 they called and said they would deliver that day and they asked if we would be home. They still didn’t deliver. They called and added another free item. They called 3 times while I was on a flight on the 17th and said they were backed up from Valentine’s Day but wanted to make sure I was home so they could deliver. I told them my husband was home. NO DELIVERY OR CALLS after that. I called on 2/23 to get my money back and was calm and cool. No one offered an apology or showed any empathy. Just gave my money back. I will never order from here again. I know it is a busy time, but this was unacceptable.

My confirmed valentines day order to a business wasn't delivered on valentines, got a call at 8pm about this. Was delivered the next day. A big disappointment. Wouldn't use this location again.

Horrible customer and delivery service. Communication is horrendous. Delivery attempt was never even made. Took ages for an update on a refund and was still charged a delivery fee. Will not return or recommend this company again.

Placed an order on 2/2/24 for delivery on 2/14/24. Was called on 2/14/24 at 6pm being told they could not make the delivery until 2/15/24 and that they would add more items to make up for it not being delivered on time. On 2/15/24 order was delivered but only the arrangement and one other item was delivered. Told the driver of the items that were missing and he stated he would bring them back within 2 hours. Waited until the next day and the items were never delivered. This has happened on multiple occasions. If I could give them half of a star I would.

I placed an order at the Douglasville location and my daughter never received her Valentine's Day gift. I called the store several times but no one answered until 2/16. I finally spoke to the manager and she hung up on me twice. I would like a refund and will never order from this location again. Don't order from this location. They have horrible customer service!!!!!!

Disappointing is an understatement! My hubby placed an order in the morning on Valentine’s Day. Instead of them saying they couldn’t fulfill the order they waited all day and then told us it couldn’t be delivered until the morning. Well morning came and went and still no order. I called to cancel and they told me my order is in the car on the way. I said ok. An hour passes and I’m just over it at this point. Valentine’s Day is over. Now I just want a refund.

Not impressed at all. Ordered the large option and it wasn’t nearly as big as the picture. Also they didn’t include the vase that was on the receipt.. they sent me an email at 11:09am saying it was delivered.. it was actually delivered at 4:00pm I wasted hours calling over and over again never to get through to the store. The phone puts you on hold then hangs up on you eventually. The 1800 number wasn’t any better.. save your money!!

Very unprofessional. Doesn’t answer the phone. And deliveries are always ruined. This is the second one they delivered that was ruined upon delivery.

I ordered a $60 gift for my wife, she gets it and everything strewn around in the container. They also didn't give the correct stuffed animal. I'll do my best to never do business with this company and encourage others to do the same.

TLDR: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. It will either arrive rotten or not at all.I posted my 1 star review 4 years ago. Original review below. I am updating it now as I gave them another chance. I ordered for Valentines day for my wife and daughter, in advance of the holiday. They never showed up. I waited close to 7pm before I called to check on the order status and no one answered. I checked shipped policy and it stated that orders could be delivered as late as 9pm on busy holidays. I waited till 9:15, no order, no call, no update. I input the form online telling them to just cancel the order as they didn't deliver on the date requested and to just refund the money.Next day they called my wife and just gave excuses and said they would be out to deliver it. No one showed up as they stated, no one ever called me the person that placed the order. Worse yet in tracking of the website it states Delivery Attempted. That was never done. If the manager of the location wants to dispute that I have 2 cameras that I can produce the 48 hour camera footage for. I ended up just filing a charge back on my credit card as I have a feeling its the only way I will get my money back.Original Review:Horrible. Received rotten fruit. If you call them to tell them, they place you on hold and never pick up again. When you call back you go right to hold or they just hang up on you.
