Interested in hot pink airmax which sale price showed 179. It rung up 210. The worker refused to honor the sale ticket. Keon would not honor it and told me Ray the store manager was gone for the day and I could come back the next day. I'll never patronize this location again. They were supposed to honor the price tag on the shoe.

They deserve -O stars, the worst experience ever. I will never spend another penny with dtlr. I ordered a Jordan hoodie to be delivered to my home address but it was delivered to the store signed for by someone in the store but somehow it disappeared so I re-ororded it and instead of sending it to my home they again sent it to the store, so now I have to drive

If I could give zero stars I would. One of the worst shoe stores ever. Went here looking for a particular grade school Jordan retro. They said they had the size I wanted and brought them to the register. While getting ready to pay, a manager grabbed the shoe box and said these are for someone. I looked at him puzzled and said what are you talking about they just brought them out here for me. He said these are the last pair and they're for a co woker. What a poorly run place where managers are back dooring shoes. Even called cooperate and they haven't gotten back to me.

This store was overall horrible, me and my bf went to go get some shoes for a family and when we asked for the shoes the first time he said he would get them but never got them, he then attended someone else and completely ignored us. I asked this time and all he said was “yeah” and continued to ignore us again and never got the shoes, he then continued to state that the store was closing in 10 minutes. We could not even ask anyone else for help because he seemed to be the only person on the floor, but was on his phone most of the time. Horrible.

For starters you can’t tell the workers from the customers like they just stand around on their phones. Also just bad customer service from some of the employees all around and bad attitudes for literally no reason.

I had a pleasant experience on both occasions. There's 2 individuals that I would like to thank for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Both Jay and Janae' k/a J ..hopefully, I spelled names correctly? I made a purchase for my husband on a Saturday the pants were a little short for him, we both took items back on Sunday after church and Omg!!!! Janae was everything!! Sweet personality, and she made both my husband and I comfortable. Listen, anybody that can understand how challenging my husband is with certain clothes can get him to step out of his comfort zone.. is alright with me lol. We so appreciate this location and will return as long as both of our J's are here. Thank you!!!!????
