Watch your receipt. Cashier had horrible attitude. Rang some items up twice. Got mad when I questioned it. Over charged on a clearance item. Bad attitude. Should not be in customer service.

I love the store but I do not like the fact that the parking lot is not lit at all the lights for the parking lot don't work so when you pull in an it's night time it's very dangerous, I wear glasses an still I have a hard time seeing to park I would suggest you not go there at night

I made a quick run in here to get some art supplies since children like to tell parents the last second they have a project due in the morning. The employees have great attitudes and provide a positive shopping experience. Even for the frustrated parent.

This location may as well be closed also. The shelves are never stocked, there are carts in the isles and self check out is the only thing open and it doesn’t work 1/2 of the time. Pickup up orders are consistently cancelled. Where is management or better yet who is management?? They should be fired!!!

Poor customer service, always either out of stock or has not been stocked. Where are is the cashier when there are 10 people in line for self checkout?… outside smoking.

This is by far the worst Dollar General. They never have items on the shelves. It's been half bare for 2 years. Most days it's card only. When that's the case, it is only the SINGLE self check out line that's open as the two workers in the store walk around doing nothing behind the counter. They literally had a porta potty out front for months because the bathroom didn't work.

This is the worst Dollar general store ... Never no products that most Dollar generals would have .... Always long line with only self checkout open .... I just moved in this area and I miss the Dollar general where I used to live it was so well organized and a more professional place.... Who is the manager of this ??????

This store is always unorganized, they never have anything. The manager always throws blame on someone else when it comes to putting up the merchandise. It’s cluttered ALL the time. This store would be convenient because it’s down the street from my home, but before I step foot back in this store they definitely need to do a facelift.

This Store Here is Just UNACCEPTABLE on so many Levels & it is NOT an EXAMPLE of how we do BUSINESS in Douglasville, Georgia. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!The Pictures Speaks For Themselves & this is NOT A ONE TIME OCCURRENCE. IT'S AN EVERYTIME OCCURRENCE! U can barely shop in the store for all the merchandise setting in the isles blocking the shelves.THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. I hit my foot while in this store trying to get down the isle. This was Not a Good Feeling. It really passed me off.Most of the Time what I'm looking for is not on the shelves. The other day I saw Month Old Bread. I've brought stale products back to this store & it wasn't until I hit my foot, I declared enough is enough. I was wishing and hoping for Better, but this place keep getting Worst!!!I just don't understand who would find this kind of activity to be acceptable. MANAGEMENT REALLY NEED TO GET INVOLVED BEFORE A MAJOR LAWSUIT IS ESTABLISHED!!!BOTTOM LINE THIS STORE DESERVES A ZERO BECAUSE IT IS UNACCEPTABLE & UNWANTED IN DOUGLASVILLE IN THIS CONDITION!!!!!
