I seen Ms. Blak post "I wish I'd taken some pics of how a store should be organized and structured".
I'm here to tell you DON'T! They kicked me out when I showed up as instructed for data entry work and got kicked out!
The store employee got me contact with store manager and the district manager. Not nice people. The employee was great and only relaying info. It's kind of sketchy that they'll record you while you're there, but don't want pictures taken of the shelves... ??♂️

I wish I'd taken some pics of how a store should be organized and structured. Visiting this establishment must I say was "QUITE A DELIGHT".
1."HELLO", I felt welcomed to be a customer.
2. CLEAN & ORGANIZED! No items strayed in the isles, nothing out of place! Also, you could smell the CLEAN as entering the front door!
3. Public Restroom clean. Any customer that needs: Hand soap, Lysol wipes, paper towels and toilet paper was within reach!
4. Manager Brandon was extremely welcoming and most approachable. He was attentive and pleasant! Whatever Brandon, Amanda & their crew are doing AT THIS LOCATION, NEEDS TO BE HIGHLY IMPLEMENTED at your 4061 Anneewakee Rd. location!!!
Not able to remember the young lady's name that cashed out my sister but, she was MOST HELPFUL & CONCERNED. She'll remember me as "Sweet Potatoe Pie"???
We enjoyed our visit and this is my set store!

You have good prices. But you have to watch what you buy. Not everything's a good deal. But there are a lot of good deals to be had. Clean store, friendly staff. I would go shopping there again.

I went to 4 Dollar General stores looking for my favorite drink. I noticed that all stores had low staffing, stockers double as cashier. More stock on the floor than shelves. The self checkout can never take cash. Every blue moon stock is on the shelves and 3 employees are present. Now they are building one on Chapel Hill road, who is going to work there, the other 100 stores can barely get 1 person to show up. If they making money it is not shared with the staff.?

Cashier did not greet me coming in the store, nor when I got to the register. Once I paid for my items she didn't say thank you or anything. It's currently 7:34pm and it's only a black female at the cash register. Customer service is out the window at this store ? where is management??

My first time here. I don’t write bad reviews but this one baffled me. I printed off a $2.00 off manufacturers coupon off of P&G’s website for Gain Flings 24ct and I’m told at the register that we can’t use printed coupons because of recent scamming, which I completely understand, but after reading the coupon rules on the website (before I even got there) my coupon had all of the requirements. Barcode, expiration etc. It even had an authenticity website on it to use for proof that it was genuine. I stepped to the side, didn’t argue and I was looking online to show the woman that it’s genuine and she came back up to me and said “just give it to me. I don’t have time to be worrying about a coupon… If it even works.” I was the only one in line. I was silent the entire time because I felt embarrassed. She scanned it and it did work.. I paid, apologized for the inconvenience and left quickly. I genuinely don’t understand what happened, but I won’t be going back to this location.If I was in the wrong I’d like to know so it doesn’t happen again next time, but I read all of the requirements online so I’m just a bit confused.

I will NEVER shop @ this location again! I guess they don’t stock their shelves because they’re always bare & the service is deplorable!!! I was a daily shopper but was treated so rudely & disrespectfully by Kobe Bryant (that’s what the employee said his name was when I asked) that I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on! I was also told there is no supervisor & had to wait while the employee called someone to perform a simple transaction!
