They tell you it’s VVS when it’s not and they selling 14k when it’s 10k. They are changing the clasp on the chains to say 14k and when you get it appraised elsewhere it’s coming up 10k. These are thieves, beware and don’t shop at this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. hopefully they don’t delete this comment again… I bought a watch from here last year. Around April/May of this year, I noticed the watch quality began to decline, and the rose gold color began to fade on the band, as well as the bezel. now fast forward to last week where I decided to take my watch to my father in law, who is a well known and respected jeweler in Manhattan (I moved to NYC) and he informs me that my watch is a fake and that’s why it was falling apart.!!! Been trying to get in contact with this business since then, and nobody has gotten back to me. Stay away from here if you can

Too many complaints of fake jewelry. Latest issue selling celebrity KeKe Wyatt 2 fake rolex watches and she's been a loyal client for 7 years. They told her to go to Rolex which they should've told her that before she purchased the fake watches. Disgraceful! Stop allowing these fake jewelers to scam you!!! Tell everyone DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Seems like they swap out the real for the fake before giving their clients there purchase or it was always FAKE
