The name on the receipt states 'Hannah'. Unsure if this is the name of the employer who actually handled my refund. The girl I dealt with was tall with black hair. I said hello. She did not speak. I then asked her if anything was wrong. She very coldly and almost in a statue-like manner said no, but it was clear that she was not in the mood to assist or help anyone. During the refund, she seemed to struggle. She did not seem to know what she was doing. When I politely asked if she could call another manager over, ---completely ignoring me----she yelled to her associate "IT'S NOT LIKE I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING, BUT SHE WANTS YOU TO COME OVER HERE !" I then told the approaching associate that it was not that I did not think that she knew what she was doing, I just felt like someone else needed to come over to assist ---based on how I saw her handling the situation and it was clear that she looked confused. When the other associate came over to assist her, she had to explain to Hannah that there was a step that she did not need to do and that's why something else printed out. I rest my case. She obviously DID NOT know what she was doing and rather than catch ATTITUDE with PAYING CUSTOMERS, she needs to have an open mind when it comes to receiving help from others. IT'S A JOB--- IT'S A LEARNING PROCESS.---- IT'S NOT SOMETHING TO BE ---ANGRY AND BITTER ABOUT !!!!
This type of attitude and ugliness should never be welcomed at CVS. It's ugly , it's nasty and most importantly, their ASSOCIATES AND THEIR UGLY ATTITUDES are a REFLECTION of CVS.
It speaks loudly on where I probably need to do my drugstore shopping from here on out and that will most like NOT be CVS until they can hire some NICER employees that don't come to work with a stick up their.......

This is one of my favorite locations. The store is always clean. If I ever need assistance, I don't have to go far to get an associate.

The kid behind the counter is so rude. He speaks back to the pharmacist and treats customers like they are putting him out for asking him to do his job. I first thought he was just having a bad day but after several times of going back I learned he was like this all the time. He doesn't acknowledge you when you ask him questions. It's like pulling teeth. Next time I go in I'm getting his name to call corporate. My interaction with him was around noon and it's 10:30pm now and I'm still upset. I'm probably going to go to Walgreens if they don't do something about this kid. Rant over.

The pharmacy staff at this store is the worst I have never dealt with heartless people the pharmacist is rude and condescending I had the same situation with him in 3 different occasion the rest of the staff isn't better no wonder why this location has such bad reviews you work in a dept where people come to get prescriptions for a an illness we don't come there for fun the least you can do is be respectful and dont be rude to these people enough is enough

25 mins til close, my daughter desperately needed her meds and she was like "nah... it'll have to just be tomorrow". No effort, no concern, no questions...just "I'm done working for the day for the most part" type of attitude.?

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me my 3:00p.m. COVID test appointment is cancelled when they knew from the morning hours that their machine is broken and no one called me. It already took a lot out of me to drive the distance because I'm sick. Ugh!!

Horrible customer service here. I sat waiting as the pharmacy manager and staff were laughing and joking.
Matthew had a handful of popcorn as he came to the window. No greeting. "Name. Date of birth." Then he turned around and said something. I had to ask him what he said and he said there was no copay. He got my prescription and handed it to me. Mind you, he didn't attempt to wipe his hands or anything.
I spoke to the pharmacy manager and told him the issue. He was smirking and said he'd handle it. It seemed like he was brushing me off. How are you going to hold an employee accountable when you made no attempt to tell him to put the popcorn down and wipe his hands before coming to the window?
This place has horrible service and it never gets better. The pharmacy manager is part of the problem if he can't set an example for his staff.
It's time to transfer my prescription because this is insane.

Pharmacy stays extremely busy but despite that Dr. Emmanuel is the ultimate professional and has gone the extra mile several times for me. He always has a calm demeanor and smile. I have lived in various cities across Ga and he sets an extremely high bar on how a pharmacist should handle things!!!

I had a successful vaccination experience at the pharmacy. I have received all of my vaccines in the pat 3 years from this location and pharamist. He in polite, friendly, and makes the experience pleasant.

This place is an absolute circus. Half the time they do not have "enough" of my child's medicine (not a medication that is in a shortage), and the other half is zero correspondence about if and when said medication can be filled. It appears there are plenty of employees in this facility. It also appears as if everyone employed there has no clue of their intended services. One lady, one young man and one "would you like to speak to the pharmacist" voice have been "helpful" each time. Trying, at least. Sadly, that leaves about 13 other employees taking up space. Get it together.

Dropped off a prescription and in store at 12. Told it wouldn't be ready till 5. They had no problem standing around talking but 5 hours to fill a prescription. Crazy.
