my experience was terrible the staff there are rude and don't help you at all if they tell you the time your medication is going to be ready take it with a grain of salt because it'll probably be ready 5 hours after it was due screw this place!!!!

The pharmacy area is the worst I’ve experienced in my entire life. I’ve used cvs for almost 30 years and this is definitely the worst. I had called to verify if my prescription was ready was given attitude by female techs. My doctor finally got hold of the male pharmacy tech that he got it. Went an hour later to pick up and was told by the male lead pharmacy tech that it was gonna be an additional 2 hour wait. Supplied my GoodRx info for payment and then when I came back 2 hours later, he gave us the normal price and told us we had to pay that and never applied my GoodRx discount. It even shows on my app that he never applied it. Go anywhere else. Worst pharmacy ever.

I don't even really know where to start with the pharmacy at this CVS. I am forced by my insurance to use CVS, and this is by far the closest one to me (though it's still 15 minutes from my house), but given the choice I would go just about anywhere else. I would say that 80% of my prescriptions have some sort of problem that is CVS's fault, and that usually means that I have to come back, sometimes more than once. Since between driving and waiting in line, it is usually almost an hour for each trip, this is extremely frustrating. The staff, particularly the ones who handle the drive-through, are short-tempered and rude. I use the drive-through because I am immune compromised, so I don't want to be inside with all the sick people, but half the time, the person at the drive-through window will open up the window and be a foot and a half from my face with no mask on, so what's the point? (There is no need to open the window since it has the typical drawer to transfer items and money back and forth.) Never mind they take a half-hour break every day and just completely shut down... can't they have rolling lunches so that we don't end up waiting an additional half hour to get our meds? Find another pharmacy. Seriously.

Everyone needs to be fired. These ppl are rude unhelpful an hateful. Thr have no sympathy for the elderly. The cashier wouldn't take my insurance. I was for to pay out of pocket. I'm 100 percent disabled an im paid once a month. She said my insurance isn't accepted here. I'll never return, an neither should you. The store needs to be shut down.

The worst pharmacy I've ever been in. The staff needs to be fired in the pharmacy department. I'm disabled an she wouldn't take my insurance because she didn't want to type my info in. Made me pay full price when my prescription are free. Please get rid of this staff. An find new management

The pharmacy here is terrible and shouldn’t even get a 1 star rating. Customer service is subpar and prescriptions are never filled in a timely manner. I was the only person in line waiting to pick up my prescription and it took almost 15 minutes of me just standing there to even be acknowledged by any of the 4 staff members behind the desk. I changed pharmacies because of the lack of professionalism and the poor regard for customers. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

The worst customer service. Every time I call the pharmacy a guy who sounds asleep answers and he makes zero effort to help or get the information needed from somebody else in the pharmacy. Not helpful at all. Can’t believe they are still in business

The CVS store was well lit clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I used the virtual minute clinic. The response was right away. The doctor was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. My prescription was called right in and I was able to pick it right up. The pharmacy was fast efficient and very nice.

Absolutely terrible service as a pharmacy. They lose half your script often and don't bother calling you. Then getting someone on the phone is a another story. Do yourself a favor and go the Walgreens down the road or even Walmart two exits in either direction.
