So very sad to say I won't be returning to this store any longer . The two cashiers one male one female played tag hitting one another as I tried to check out my groceries . I tried to engage them twice and they rudely ignored me . The manager has her hands full no doubt . Please when a business transaction is being made concentrate on the customer because with out us you wouldn't have. A job .

This is the second time that I have came to this store and my items have been expired. I called the store and all the manager had to say was it's a vendor issue. Dairy isn't Vendor related. The items purchased today were graham crackers, just crack an egg breakfast bowls and carnation instant breakfast. The carnation expired in November, the graham crackers expired the beginning of this month and the just crack an egg expired last Friday. Get it together ingles. Who ever is running this location has very poor management skills. This isn't ok

This Ingles desperately needs an express lane. Every time I go, I am usually picking up a few items (because Ingles tends to be more expensive than other area grocery stores), and I have to wait behind multiple grocery carts full of food. For that reason, unless I need something specifically from Ingles, I tend to avoid the store altogether. On a positive note, their deli and prepared foods are both very good, and sometimes I can surprisingly find items here that aren't available at other grocery stores (like authentic maraschino cherries for the perfect old fashioned). Also, this store is pretty old and doesn't have the amenities of new Ingles (like salad/antipasto bars). A refresh and update would probably draw more customers.

Why I ever bother to come to this store, I do not know. I go in here just to grab a bag of ice, nothing complicated, nice and simple....Right? Wrong! In I walk, confident I will be in and out, as I see few customers "everyone else was wise enough to stay away". I grab my bag of ice and go to the nearest checkout. The cashier must have decided that it was the perfect time to play mind games, as she looks at me and promptly turns out her light! Obviously the thought of having to check out a customer with one bag of ice, proved too much for her! So I go to the next check out. The lady in front of me had all her groceries bagged and was in the process of paying, well trying to pay. She swipes her card 3 times until the cashier tells her it is a chip card and she needs to put it in the chip reader. The lady looks at her card like it is the first time she has ever seen it. Now, you use this card all the time, how come you all of a sudden have amnesia and seem to forget how your card works is beyond me. So she trys to use the chip reader but no, it does not work. Meanwhile, the cashier who turned off her light, comes over and tells the lady behind me, that she can get her at her checkout! Excuse me lady but I am next! What is wrong with me? So off goes the customer behind me to be served while my bag of ice slowly becomes a bag of water. Back to the amnesiac who is STILL unable to get her card to work! The manager comes over who does something that at long last gets the card to work and the amnesiac finally leaves. I pay for my bag of water and dump that one in their freezer and pick myself a new bag of ice. Everytime I come to this store, it is never a good experience. The store is often dirty, long lines at the one or two checkouts they have open. The staff are never helpful and are not very friendly at all. Most of them look miserable and fed up but then again I would too, if I worked there. I will stick to Publix from now on.

This store is close to where I live. Of all the Ingles I been this is the worst.I do not understand why it not upgraded. Like all other Ingles. Will see what I mean if you visit. Compare to other Ingles 1 No salad bar, deli not as big. 2 light is dim. Not bright 3 freezers are outdated 4 No beer walk in freezer. 5 Not much to choose from as in food. And bakery section. If the cooperate office would upgrade this store would be the place people wold go

I am just not a fan of Ingles. My bf loves the place but he's more of the "Saver" in this relationship! It's clean but an older store. Even the carts seem old. I just can't see myself coming in here weekly. I do see a lot of sale items, but I mainly think that I'd just take there ad to Walmart. This place is better than Piggly Wiggley but much worse than Kroger. Think Winn Dixie style shopping. I would go to Food Lion weekly before coming here. They don't carrying anything special here and I am not a Laura Lynn fan.

This is my local grocery store, so I'm here pretty much every day. Their grocery selection is decent - they have most of your needs. I don't rely on getting a lot of specialty stuff here though. Their prices are great and I am quite a fan of their meat and produce sections. The employees are great.

I stopped here for the first time out of convenience this past weekend, although I'm not really sure why I haven't come in before...it's only a couple miles from my house. It is certainly an older grocery store, but it was surprisingly clean, well-organized, fully stocked and well staffed. I only needed to grab a couple items so I didn't have time to check out the entire store for price comparisons but it seems to be on par with Kroger and/or Publix -- plus lots of items on sale. I'll definitely be back to see their produce/meat section. In a pinch, it was a great place to stop for a couple household items.
