“I don’t even know where to start . My experience was nothing short of amazing.. I initially came in to look around and ended up spending almost 1.5 hours in there. Fun music is playing , there was so many great finds for amazing prices it’s so easy lose time while at this store . They have so many good items. Most of everything is lightly worn but some of the things we’re brand new with tags still attached… I was able to get so much for a few dollars … it’s organized well and the staff was so kind. Ms. Janie checked me out and she was so kind and patient. I told her me and my sister was both expecting our first babies and she signed me up for a membership to save money and receive perks & rewards… which btw I received perks immediately like that day!!! I enjoyed my first experience at once upon a kid. I’ll definitely be back!!”
“I was in the store Monday 2/21 walked in and greeted by the store manager Jessie. I couldn’t find my size on the rack of clothes I was looking at. He quickly looked up if it could be found at other stores close by and then referred me to order online locating the exact style I wanted. This was great customer service in my mind and I will be returning.”

“Went looking for a nice dress shirt for my husband, who is 6'5, and in their Big and Tall section, we found it. A little pricey, just under 100.00. I believe it was the Shaq label. It was just a plain white dress shirt with one pocket and had a nice collar.”
