It I could give this Chase location zero starts, I absolutely would. Every single time I come here, the ATM outside nor inside works. The screen on the outside ATM constantly freezes. As much revenue that Chase generates, this should NOT be a constant issue. Coming to this Chase is a waste.

I met the worst teller ever at CHASE BANK ON HWY 5.,gave her five 20's for a 100 dollar bill.,she has a counting machine she told me I only gave her 80. Then she said my picture ID was not me. Unbelievable. Finally I received my 100 bill after a tense exchange. Very Close to closing my Account

Horrible customer service. The worst chase bank I have been to!!!! Retrain your employees. Unfortunately the only chase bank in the area so we as customers are forced to endure the low quality, uneducated, unappreciative service every time.
