After working with Chase for several years, due to an unknown transfer restriction, Chase bank fined me $30 and locked my account, After I spoke with them and explained the situation. I am closing my entire account with them and advising other clients to be very carefull working with Chase as they do not/not respect thier customers.

WORST bank EVER! The manager is rude and does not know policy or procedures. TERRIBLE customer service! Seriously considering closing my account and reopening with another bank! Stay away from this place! I even watched and listen to them tell a Georgia State Patrol officer that they didn't have time for him and to come back next week! AWFUL people!

Absolutely awful. Almost seems like these employees thrive in making us miserable with their poor service. 6 people behind the counter. 5 doing nothing but standing there staring at us, one teller going as slow as he possible can, doesn’t speak up and can’t even hear him. Just terrible service

What a bad experience I had during a difficult time (my mother passing). My mother and I had a joint account and I was attempting to close it. I brought the requested form from social security to the branch twice (they told me I had to find out when the last deposit was made and for how much from social security...when they can see this on their end). I did as they asked and was informed I wouldn't be able to meet with anyone in person to turn in this form because I didn't have an appointment. I had just driven a half an hour to get there as I don't have a chase branch near my home. When I asked if we could just make a copy of the document and give it to a banker when they were free, I was told that was against protocol. I ended up going to the branch on Thornton road (20 minutes further from my house), but got it taken care of by a nice lady named Bridget. Such unnecessary treatment during a difficult time.

Horrible customer service. Just terrible and there’s no excuse. They hire people with ZERO people skills and ZERO personality. Rude just plain rude.Just one example, I wrote “large bills please” on my withdrawal slip, but received my cash broken all the way down. I reiterated, very politely mind you, that I needed large bills. I was told “oh well, I gave you what I gave you.”I asked if she could please swap these bills for large ones and was told no because her drawer was already closed. WHAT?!

I don’t trust no one at that bank they lie to u money is missing out my account teller say he can’t recall the transaction less than 24 hours later ? atms always broken worst bank ever please save yourself the trip I wish I did

It I could give this Chase location zero starts, I absolutely would. Every single time I come here, the ATM outside nor inside works. The screen on the outside ATM constantly freezes. As much revenue that Chase generates, this should NOT be a constant issue. Coming to this Chase is a waste.

Went to the bank to obtain bank statements in an emergency and could not get them they made me get 3 one day two one day this is beyond unprofessional I need them for very important reason and I can’t wait I am closing my account chase bank douglasville ga wait was very long

HUGE RED FLAGOrdered foreign currency. When it arrives they suppose to call the customer. No one called. Three days later tried to call, impossible to get anyone on the phone. LISTEN - when you inside the branch - the phones do not ring, it gets forwarded to a 1800 number. When I arrived the assistant manager told me the currency arrived 3 days ago but it was not 'here'. She informed me the manager had my currency on him, and he is out for lunch. I returned an hour later. The manager hid in his office. Assistant manager handed over the currency and apologized. When I asked him why no one called to inform the currency was ready for pick up. He said - I thought the fedex envelope was mine. When asked - why was my currency not secured in the safe, especially over night, he answered - I wanted to make sure it's secure. CHASE - you have a manager who takes currency out of the branch, over night. There was no reasonable explanation for his actions. No apology on his side. The regional manager Michelle Suozzie is too busy uploading work out videos to respond to a serious customer complaint. Customer service number is useless - no one takes it serious, they keep sending it back to the manager - Who is the problem here! This branch does not comply with Chase standards and policies. This is the worst work-dodge-environment I have ever seen in a Chase bank. Retrain your staff, hire a new manager! This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This is the worst Chase branch I have encountered. Save your time and go to the Hiram branch and you will be thankful.
