Just wanted to thank the lady who said she couldn’t help after she looked at her watch. I am closing my account with Chase and moved to Georgia’s Own Credit Union down the street. Best decision I made. I can’t believe I stayed with Chase after I had $750 racked up of fraudulent charges. Since I miscalculated ONE of those 15 charges because I didn’t recognize it, they took all my money. RUN from Chase. Run away fast.

I went here yesterday with my husband to add a name to our account. The wait wasn't too bad and everyone was very nice and professional.
Laura helped us and was AMAZING! She was very professional and personable. It didn't feel like an errand anymore, instead it was a fun conversation. I really enjoyed meeting Laura.

The tellers inside , never greet you they always act like they dont want to do their job, dont make eye contact and they more worried about checking their cell phones . Rude .

The employees must hate their jobs. They have no personality and have no customer service skills. They act like we need them more then they need us. If it were not for customers you have no business. No hello, no thank you, no your welcome. No how are you. Called our local business branch in Washington state. Total night and day difference in help and courtesy. I think the higher ups need more reports of how bad this branch is.

After working with Chase for several years, due to an unknown transfer restriction, Chase bank fined me $30 and locked my account, After I spoke with them and explained the situation. I am closing my entire account with them and advising other clients to be very carefull working with Chase as they do not/not respect thier customers.

WORST bank EVER! The manager is rude and does not know policy or procedures. TERRIBLE customer service! Seriously considering closing my account and reopening with another bank! Stay away from this place! I even watched and listen to them tell a Georgia State Patrol officer that they didn't have time for him and to come back next week! AWFUL people!

Absolutely awful. Almost seems like these employees thrive in making us miserable with their poor service. 6 people behind the counter. 5 doing nothing but standing there staring at us, one teller going as slow as he possible can, doesn’t speak up and can’t even hear him. Just terrible service

What a bad experience I had during a difficult time (my mother passing). My mother and I had a joint account and I was attempting to close it. I brought the requested form from social security to the branch twice (they told me I had to find out when the last deposit was made and for how much from social security...when they can see this on their end). I did as they asked and was informed I wouldn't be able to meet with anyone in person to turn in this form because I didn't have an appointment. I had just driven a half an hour to get there as I don't have a chase branch near my home. When I asked if we could just make a copy of the document and give it to a banker when they were free, I was told that was against protocol. I ended up going to the branch on Thornton road (20 minutes further from my house), but got it taken care of by a nice lady named Bridget. Such unnecessary treatment during a difficult time.

Horrible customer service. Just terrible and there’s no excuse. They hire people with ZERO people skills and ZERO personality. Rude just plain rude.Just one example, I wrote “large bills please” on my withdrawal slip, but received my cash broken all the way down. I reiterated, very politely mind you, that I needed large bills. I was told “oh well, I gave you what I gave you.”I asked if she could please swap these bills for large ones and was told no because her drawer was already closed. WHAT?!
