Poor quality material but trying to charge J C PENNY'S prices ?? I purchased a pair of pants only wore them 3 times started raveling already ?? in December I purchased a beige dress/jewelry 47bux(don't judge me I was desperate) an hour before the bday party my friend informed me the theme colors are blue/black/gold... I had to quickly rearrange my outfit ?? a week later I returned the items all the tags and receipt...rude store manager said their store policy is NO RETURNS unless the tag's are STILL attached to the merchandise??... HAAAIL NAW you got cheezy cheap clothes/shoes and got the nerve to REFUSE a refund to the customer who NEVER wore the merchandise that's CRAZY...she RELUCTANTLY with an ATTITUDE did the refund... so lesson learned!! CATO keep your stupid return policy your rude store manager and your cheezy cheap clothes I'm headed to Penny's or Dillard's !!!

Staff were not attentive. One particular lady walked passed me 3 times and didn't even say hello. Staff were also shopping for themselves. I will take my money elsewhere

Walked in at 5:30 on a Sunday, (they close at 6,) and a manager informed me that I only had 10 minutes. I proceeded to ask if they were closing early and was ignored.At first I thought it may have been a racist encounter, until a few minutes later when another woman that was not a woman of color walked up and asked if she was the manager. She then asked for her name, Hattie, and proceeded to tell her how unprofessional she thought it was for her to rush her customers. The manager continued to act nonchalant. The customer then proceeded to say she'd contact corporate and the manager encouraged her to. Just leaving this review so that others would be aware of her unprofessional behavior.

Didnt have mask above her face and wouldn't credit back my PayPal credit and didnt tell me that I could have mailed the items back so they could've credit my card. Just young kids that didnt care and only there to make a check. Also a LONG line and two employees. One could've helped the other guests.
